O aplicativo não funciona

Precisei usar o aplicativo para passar na emergência e ele não funcionou. Tento fazer login e ele só fica carregando. As vezes aparece mensagem que estou em rede corporativa, mas está no 5G do celular. Tive que fazer assinatura eletrônica na clínica. Peço que verifiquem para não ter problemas futuros.
