App stopped working
Quite disappointed the app has been broken for 2 months!!!! I loaded my entire cellar into this app to be catalogue and now the app won’t move past the load screen. Emailed support (vinctecs website) and couldn’t give me an ETA of a fix, nor could they give me a backup of my data to migrate to another app. Poor, poor form. What a let down…

Would be great if it worked! Functioned for a little when I first got it but hasn’t work quite some time now

Was using this App for a couple of years and then it just wouldn’t load, lost all my wine catalogue. I tried everything to reuse the app but just doesn’t open anymore, even tried removing app and reinstalling but still no good. Don’t bother with this app.
Stopped working
It won’t load. The loading circle just goes around and around. I have tried deleting and re downloading with no effect.

No longer working
The app is no longer working, per all the other reviews. Up until it stopped working, it was excellent. Easy to use, scan feature made entering wines easy, cellars could easily be modified. If they get it up and running again, 5 stars. Until then, it gets a donut (or 1 star, the lowest I can give).
As an aside, I’m investing in more wine fridges. This experience is making me rethink whether Vintec has the right approach to customer service, etc. It’s making me look elsewhere.

App spinning out
This used to be a good app - pleasant interface though the gentle scrolling opening scene over a vineyard was a little on the nose. Now we don’t even get that. The app has been broken for more than 4 months with no sign of a fix or a way to extract the data - don’t download.
Not working
App is stuck on an infinite loading screen… can’t open or access it.
Not reliable
This app keeps going offline. I used this app for insurance purposes on my wines and can no longer access any info on the wines I have. This app has crashed atleast twice and goes offline for weeks if not months. I wouldn’t download this App.

Was great but no longer loading
Had used this app for several years and found it really useful but it has stopped working. Have deleted and reinstalled on multiple devices but same result: it starts to load and then just spins its wheels... seems to be an issue with latest iOS versions? I'm running 26 and it's definitely not working on that or a couple versions earlier. Shame, because it was great and I had my cellar organised with it. Now I have to start again...

Do not use!
App has stopped working. Over 300 wines across several wine refrigerators. The App won’t even open, even after deleting and re-installing. And no response from Vintec.

App broken for 7+ weeks, company unresponsive
OENO has been completely unusable since May 2026 - doesn’t load, every device - wide spread issue impacting all users. Vintec promised a fix by end of June 2026. It’s now July and still broken. Seven weeks of generic “we’re working on it” responses with no ETA and no way to export your own cellar data. For a premium wine fridge brand, this is an embarrassing failure. Look elsewhere.

Hasn't worked for months
No comms from Electrolux, tried contacting the support team, no response. No comms from oneo or from vintec. Frankly this is unprofessional and rude.

Still won’t load
I can’t recall when the app collapsed and died, but it was many bottles of wine ago. I gave up on putting everything into a spreadsheet because it felt like work. I haven’t got a clue what’s been used or added. Please work harder to fix this once great app!
App no longer functioning, no support
Ceased functioning a couple of months ago. Been using this app for ~5 years and has been very good. Zero advice on why, contacted support who call me back which was nice. They advised deinstall, reinstall. No effect. On the the follow up call they then advised app was broken, offline and should be available end June… Not yet functioning and no advice anywhere as to status. Vintec website still lists OENO as a free app. UNFORTUNATELY the app doesn’t work.

No end date to fix
As on 1st July no email yet from Vintec..Their support has been dismal. They seriously need to inform all registered users as well as general users.. not acceptable as I can’t even retrieve my bottles to move to another app..
Registered an active complaint again with Electrolux, two weeks ago now. Background issues with these developers. They have no fix date as yet. Is very frustrating but in my view is the better management system, so I hang for a bit longer. But keeping 5 cellars with additional racks is proving to be difficult now.

Won’t load and no date to fix
Was a great app that I used for years, but like many others here, for over a month the app no longer opens and I can’t access any data on my stored wine. The lack of any information on the nature of the problem and an expected date of resolution is very frustrating.
