Nonfunctional
This app was hard enough to use but now it wont even open. I used this to catalogue a small collection and now I cant retrieve information like how much I paid and when I bought it. I’ve made complaints but months later there is still no resolution.

Was a good app but then it stopped working and just sat on a loading screen when opened. I logged an issue with support and got some initial responses but then crickets. It’s been months now and no progress; I’ve given up. Don’t bother getting this app.

After working well, this app simply stopped working without explanation and there is apparently not going to be a fix. This is appalling service and I would not recommend wasting your time on this app.

Like everyone else has said, the app won’t even open for me. I uninstalled and re-installed. Still no good. I guess it’s no longer supported. That’s time and money I’ll never get back.

Totally Unreliable
I spent weeks entering my large cellar into this app after I purchased a Vintec fridge. It worked well for a few years but recently it wouldn’t open either frozen on the start up frame or only progressing to the spinning wheel of death. The only solution is apparently to delete the app and reload it which will lose all my information. Do not waste your time!

Awful company
The company offered this for free. The app no longer works Now all my data is lost. Don’t buy any of their products, including their fridges, they might stop supplying spare parts. Worst business Ive ever known

It suddenly stopped working. I have been using this App for the past 6 -7 years and as of last week it will not open. No idea what happened.
