I became a member of this credit union about 17 years ago. I have always had great service when I needed anything. Everyone is always courteous and very well trained to do their job(s). I have never needed to contact them regarding a mistake in any of my accounts I have there. All around solid business that will hopefully be in business forever!

The worst check deposit app I’ve dealt with out of the 5 banks we deposit checks with
None of the other banks we mobile deposit checks with have as many errors as this bank. It is such a nightmare. I was hoping with the facelift on the software that they fixed how glitchy it was, but alas , no luck.

Although the app is sporadically “updated “ it seems to get glitchier.
Last update did not allow access via iPhone for three months. Then, suddenly last week, it began working again. Had to re-enter login data and enable face ID.
Now, for about the fourth time in two years, it doesn’t recognize the login.
Other online financial services don’t appear to have these ongoing problem. iPhone 14 Pro w/ ios 17.3.1.
Last update did not allow access via iPhone for three months. Then, suddenly last week, it began working again. Had to re-enter login data and enable face ID.

Electronic transferring buggy
The use of zelle never works. I try to use it and it does not work. It does not even allow me to scan other Zelle QR codes in fact the window in which to scan the QR code isn’t even the proper size of the Zelle QR codes. Needs to be fixed.

ID confirmation
Does not work when switching to a new device. Bank stated the confirm ID feature needed to set up app on a new device is not working and they could not give an estimated fix date. Otherwise it was a 4 star app before I switched devices.
