Placing orders NEVER works.
They do everything possible to make a simple pickup impossible. The website won’t let you check out at all anymore. Literally, it will not let you access the checkout screen on the app or website. I’ve only ever been able to do so once, and when I did what I ordered apparently wasn’t in stock. There’s no way of knowing what they have in store making any online shopping completely pointless.

Rewards needs help
I’m constantly trying to figure out how this reward program works. I’ve ordered multiple times, never get credit. Finally realized you need to log in and claim it. Ok fine. Learned my lesson, now I log in and try and claim it “must be done within 1 hours bruh. Either give us the rewards or don’t. It’s annoying

Doesn’t function
I’ve only been able to place one online order my very first time. Now I get an error and the order doesn’t even go through lol. Search only shows you 10 results. And no, not at a time, period. Half the items don’t have product photos. Browsing is useless as they don’t update inventory so if it says they have it, they don’t. I seriously don’t know how you can have an e-commerce app this bad.
