IT issues?
I had almost a full stamp card. And the site deleted my card . I have all my receipts. Why’d it disappear?
Jury Still Out
Went by the store today they weren’t set up for first time visitors or veterans but they were just opening it so I’ll cut them some slack. The app has a rewards program but you have to go in and manually enter the order number within an hour of your purchase at the store or they expire lol. The store employee was really cool and patient if not for him the whole experience would’ve been somewhat underwhelming. The app really needs a dark mode.

Just doesn't work
App is completely useless. You enter your info then it's just a blank app. If you tap products or anything else, nothing works at all.

Love the digital punch card. Used to always worry about keepig the physical ones safe, now it's one less headache

Buggy
As someone who works in IT, I ran into several issues trying to place a delivery order:
* The app does not allow manual address searches. It displays: “Location search is not enabled for this build yet.”
* Using “Current Location” resolves to the wrong address (696 Hawthorne St instead of my actual location at 675 Hawthorne St), with no obvious way to correct it.
* The website checkout fails because the embedded Google Map doesn’t load correctly and displays a Google Maps JavaScript error instead of validating the address.
* The app and website appear to have different bugs, making it difficult to complete an order.
The product selection is excellent, but the ordering experience needs attention. Address validation should allow manual correction, GPS results should be editable, and the Google Maps integration should fail gracefully instead of blocking checkout.

The glitching is stupid. Never loads anything past the home page. Deinstalled and installed again and didn’t work.
Don’t bother downloading the app for your first customer 25% off
I downloaded the app because it said I needed to for the first customer discount of 25% off and I should have listened to the reviews and stars on here. Don’t bother because the deal magically will show on the webpage but when you download the app it will say you need to first turn on notifications to get the deal, then you needed to start location services to get the deal. It just doesn’t exist. I think it’s a sly way to get people to sign up which they will probably sell your phone and email to a customer list somewhere. Lost my business because so many other dispensaries will make discounts easy and welcoming

What happened
How do the stamp cards work I recently went in and purchased a product gave my rewards card to get stamped i was told to download app now no more stamps on rewards card she said the stamps i had would be on the app so i did the app no rewards i went and purchased again and no rewards..can you please tell me how the rewards on app works i was 2 stars away from getting my 40 percent off other than that great good prices

This app needs a lot of work done . Easier to just go on my phones browser
No Deals
Their’s no exclusive deals for downloading the app. It’s basically their website saved onto your phone
Useless app
App doesn’t work at all. No products load and constant “failed to fetch” errors. Doesn’t pay to search Weedmaps for their inventory either because they don’t update anything. Really frustrating.
Literally DOESNT work
Can’t even search anything up?? When you try you get an error pop up saying “failed to search products. please try again later”. Want to edit your profile? You get an error pop up saying “failed to load profile”. This app is genuinely unusable?? And I don’t mean that in an over exaggerated, overly critical way. The app just seriously does not work.

Still doesn't work with months of trying... Funny you told me to update my app ,it is. Maybe your response should bhave been "damn our bad our app sucks for months on end"
App acting up
So I’m just giving it a three for now I’ve never had an issue with your guys app before but right now it seems kind of buggy I try to login and it keeps going to like the stores and then it just glitches back to the beginning and logged me out
