It’s super difficult to cancel your subscription. They offer no in-app option or intuitive instructions to cancel it outside the app. It’s really not worth the purchase.

Impossible to cancel, they never reply to the emails or answer the calls

Tries to force you to buy instead of giving free information about predators in your area which is your right. Asks a million questions just to force you to buy at the end. Terrible app. Don’t waste your time.

Impossible to cancel, keeps trying to charge my card after I blocked them from it and will not cancel my subscription. Not worth the money it’s ridiculously expensive for public information
