DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE “FREE” TRIAL
I would strongly advise people to STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP.
I signed up for the 3-day free trial and tried to cancel before it ended. There was no functional way to cancel through the app. The subscription wasn’t in my Apple subscriptions, and their website’s cancellation system said it sent me an email that NEVER ARRIVED. I tried multiple email addresses.
I contacted the company directly and followed every instruction they gave me. I sent them the requested email addresses and a screenshot of the charge. They then stopped responding.
The $7.99 charge went through anyway.
I had to dispute the charge with my bank, get a stop payment placed on future charges, and replace my debit card because I could not get this company to simply CANCEL A SUBSCRIPTION.
Their own Terms of Service say you can cancel by emailing them. I did that before the trial ended.
This is absolutely ridiculous.
A company should not make it this difficult to cancel a $7.99 subscription. I shouldn’t have to involve my bank and replace my debit card because a company won’t provide a working cancellation process or respond to its customers.
If you’re thinking about taking the “3-day free trial,” DON’T. The trial isn’t worth the headache of trying to get out of it.

Keeps charging even without subscription
I can't cancel the subscription in my App Store because the subscription is pending for several weeks now in app. It's charged me twice within a few days apart. There's no customer service number. When trying to cancel in app it prompts me to cancel in my App Store. I contacted my bank to report.

This app is a total scam. It said I had free trial as has constantly and consistently took money out of my account, it says to contact them for support if I need to “unsubscribe” however I haven’t received an email back from them.

Scam, do not download. Will charge your account and state you do not have a membership. Will not give you the option to cancel your subscription and does not show up in your subscriptions in Apple settings.

You open the app, and have to answer a giant bs questionnaire just to get pay walled at the end for FREE PUBLIC INFORMATION. This app is SCAM.

There is no way to cancel the subscription. I have sent them so many emails and never get a reply. It’s not cancelled time don’t believe it. You will need to delete the app and reinstall it and choose Restore subscription. It’s the only way to cancel it.

It will take you to their website and will sub automatically after free trial. It hides an easy way to cancel your subscription. Is greedy tedious and dishonest. Stay away!

I emailed multiple days to get my trial cancelled because I wasn’t satisfied and 19.99 is way too much for this to be unsatisfactory. No response and still charged me!!! What a rip off
Not functional with out subscription
I guess they updated it since and you MUST have a SUBSCRIPTION to use. Lame!! I deleted the app. I used it a while back and while certain features might’ve been locked with out a sub, I could still see offenders in the are with some info. Too bad it was an ok app before but $20 isn’t worth what I can find online for free.

It’s 7 dollars a WEEK and every time you try to cancel the subscription on the app it says you don’t have one even though you are getting charged, they make it difficult to cancel the subscription on purpose and you have to uninstall and redownload the app just to cancel the subscription. Impossible to unsubscribe
Scam app that makes it impossible to unsubscribe. You cannot cancel through the App Store, it doesn’t even show up as a subscription. These people are the predators ironically.

This app gives you a free trial but the subscription does not show up in your Apple subscriptions. It also does not show the subscription in the app when you try to cancel it there. I had to delete the app, reinstall it, and then click restore when it got to the trial/subscription section. It still said I had no subscription but gave the option to check the website. After going to the website it finally showed I had a subscription. I had been charged $7.99 and would have continued to be charged $7.99 every week if I would not have found out how to cancel. This should not be allowed in the App Store. This is dishonest and scammy. Do not download this app.

Can’t cancel
I reached out to the offender locator apps customer service to try and cancel. I’ve sent numerous emails and I can’t get a single reply and they charged me again!!

Subscription Scam
Had to contact customer support to cancel free trial. They ultimately charged my cards 4 times after I tried to cancel the same day I started the free trial. Avoid at all costs. This is free public knowledge online. You shouldn’t be billed for it. Such a scam.
