Tired up cannot cancel
Avoid this scam app at all costs
I was tricked into signing up for what was advertised as a simple 3-day trial just to use the app. Once I created the account through their proprietary website, there was no way to cancel inside the app, no settings option for subscriptions, and no contact support features.
Emails go completely unanswered, and the phone number on my Chase statement goes straight to voicemail. They make it deliberately difficult to cancel, then continue charging. This is a classic scam tactic.
Save your money and time — do not download this app. I’m currently fighting for a refund and will be disputing the charge and reporting them to the BBB. Terrible experience. Zero stars if I could.

Don’t trust it anymore
Had this app maybe 10 years or so. For the past year or so the service has gone worse. Now you gotta fill out these personal questions about your life then now you gotta 100% pay now

Made me sit through 5 minutes of answering mostly personal questions. No mention of in app purchases or anything and then slaps a paywall up before being able to use the app. Waste of time. Intent was intriguing but all this data is publicly available for free. Deleted

They force you to sign up for a paid subscription with a free trial to use the app. I tried cancelling the free trial to avoid getting charged, and it is impossible to do, and customer service won’t reply to emails. DO NOT SIGN UP. Use free websites instead.

Can someone help me please find where to cancel the subscription . I can’t find it in the Apple Store or on the website . Also when I did free trial I used apple auto so idk what user is for account what a mess !

Got the app. Decided to do the 3 day trial. There is no way to cancel it on the app and it is not linked to my apple subscriptions. Don’t. Do. It.

The app gets you to input all payment info for a three day free trial but then when you go to unsubscribe there are no options to. There is nowhere on the app, within your settings or on their actual website. Their only form of contact in an email and they have been unresponsive. I have had to block my card until I can get this resolved!

They have you sign up for a free 3 day trial & there’s literally no easy way to cancel so they’ll just steal your money forever

I tried the free trial and it redirects you to a website for payment and takes your card for the $20 subscription after the 3 day trial. Once your card processes it redirects back to the app. There’s no way to cancel anywhere. No info on the app on how to do it. No membership tab. I went back to my browser and there’s no way to navigate from the payment screen to anywhere to cancel there either. I found their email address and sent a message, hopefully someone responds before I’m charged $20.
