Too many bugs!
Constant bugs , not reliable, my subscription expired , on the same day it expired i go to renew it and it ripped me off i couldnt use the new subscription, and customer service is non existant, you can only talk to AI which does nothing to help. I prefer using Pinger plus you can use it for free!

I’ll never use this app again. I was charged although I cancelled the subscription before the free trial ended.. basically the same day. Stick to the free apps such as TextNow, not this one.

Shouldn’t Have to Wonder If Messages Are Missing
I wanted to share my experience because it hasn’t matched the app’s high ratings.
The app worked fine for about a week, but then messages started failing to send without warning. Someone I had been talking to through the app reached out to me, which is how I realized my messages had not been going through. I replied successfully, but the very next message failed again. My biggest concern is that I have no way of knowing whether this only affects sending or if I’m also intermittently missing incoming messages from other people. That uncertainty is a serious problem for a messaging app.
I tried reporting the bug, but support is limited to an AI assistant unless you submit a support request. The AI asked for diagnostic information, but due to a bug in the iOS app, I couldn’t paste text into either the AI chat or the support form. Tapping the text field simply dismissed the keyboard instead of showing the paste menu. After submitting the request manually, I received an email with a blank subject line that only said “RE:”.
This is a privacy focused messaging app, so technical competence matters. If basic functionality and the support experience have this many issues, it makes me question whether I can trust the service with something as important as my privacy and data security. If these issues are resolved, I’ll gladly update this review, but based on my experience so far, I can’t recommend the app.
