Couldn’t send any messages
I paid and when i tried to use the app my messages kept failing to send, it was a total rip off
To email companies only, beware
Why can't you register with a email of your choosing? It's not like they're giving you money or anything. They demand that you use only two companies and one of them is your Apple email so they can destroy your account.

Can’t even create an account
I wasn’t even able to make an account because it kept telling me I couldn’t create one while connected to a vpn… when I wasn’t even connected to one, no matter what I did.

Paid for Yearly Subscription. Cannot receive calls, calling makes you muted on the other side… texting works slight delay in receiving messages. Deleted it..
Some time passes and I got it back thinking maybe I can use the # to give it during online transactions when I dont want my information sold online….
Well it wants me to pay again for another line, and completely forgot about that other line.
C’mon, really? I can download a cheap game, play it, delete it, and download it again and it’ll remember my profile.. and you can’t do it here in a professional setting?
I did my reasearch and SlyNumber seems to be the best secondary phone app out there and is CHEAPER than this scam of an app.

Functionally gets worse
This phone app gets worse and is always glitching or delays text messages or imply freezes.
Don’t bother
Reviews must be highly inflated. Of all the WiFi txt/calling apps I’ve ever used, this one has to be one of the worst.
UX is buggy and SUPER slow moving.
The calling feature is glitchy.

Deleted My Account
Used this app for years and they just deleted my account without any communication for a breach of “User Policy Terms”. I haven’t even used the app in months, so not sure what that would be about. Subscription was good until March 2027, so they essentially stole my money.
Battery/memory hog
It seems app performance gets worse as the text string gets longer. Laggy and awful. Free apps perform better.

Terrible Service & Operation
I have been using this app for years with 3 numbers. I had hundreds of clients with their names associated with their numbers and hundreds of text threads. It started to be slow and freezing. Reached out to support and they had me delete the app and install it. We did several troubleshooting tries. Finally, they asked me if they could go into my account to try to fix it. Then disaster happened. ALL MY TEXT THREADS AND ALL MY CLIENT NUMBERS WERE DELETED! When I signed on. NOTHING WAS THERE! Years of correspondence was gone, in an instant! They said it couldn’t be retrieved. Just like that, my business was destroyed! They won’t and said they can’t do anything about it. Even though they said all the info was on their servers! Someone said to sue this app to get compensated for all my business that was gone - in an instant! WARING: be aware of using this app for long term business. Mine was GONE. I don’t know what to do now.

No free trial
Says it gives you a free 3 day trial before you have to start paying, then tries to charge you immediately instead of after 3 days. BS would give 0 stars if I could.
Unreliable
The texting is horrible. There is a lag. It doesn’t show that the message went out, and it continually freezes halfway through the text.

Slowest thing I’ve ever canceled my subscription to
If you really just needed a new landline, Burner might be for you, because it is not a legitimate second mobile line. It is garbage. The app keyboard sticks and glitches, dictation is slow AF, there’s no customer support, and the call connections are terrible. Unlike some second line services, it doesn’t have emoji reaction capability. I’ve already canceled my subscription and moved to Sideline; it cost more, but it turns out there’s a reason why.
