Account closed for no reason
I signed up, paid for the subscription and then asked my wife to send me a text to see if it worked. She text me and as soon as I opened up the text, they closed my account for “terms of service violation”. The text she sent me only said “tuna”, it’s an inside joke between us. Now I am stuck trying to email customer support to either get my money back or open my account. It was less then ten minutes from payment to account being closed. Unreal

Burner App
Over all great I pay for features but they don’t give it all without asking for more.
Messages not deleting
The app icon shows new messages even after I delete the new message. I deleted every single message and it still shows that I have a new message very annoying. And the app is very slow to use as well
Canceling after being a long time customer
This app worked great for over a year and now for some reason my texts are not going through most of the time now. The only support they offer is a AI which is extremely frustrating. Think twice about using this if you care about your messages actually going through.
Scammed me
I saw there was an option to try out app for 3 days before paying for the year. When I got in the app I wasn’t able to use phone call. The call would just call my own number. I saw they immediately charged me for the year before the 3 day trial and wouldn’t give me my money back. Deleted the app and won’t be using it. Waste of money.

A completely scam. Wouldn’t be surprise if it was Thomas e Crockett behind this to. Way too many people on here claiming to be developers when in reality they’re making these apps just to be able to deal steal data from people so they can stalk and harass people. Glad all his none sense leaves behind a paper trail ❤️

Total Scam
I had my premium number before holiday then when I was out on summer vacation they blocked my number which was assigned to my online banking so I lost the ability to access my account from abroad then when I contacted the support they were rude enough to say it finally decision won’t be restored!
Moreover they didn’t refund me as they said you may contact Apple but Apple can’t refund after 4 months!

Free Trial is a Lie
They advertiser that you can try it for three days before billing you for a subscription plan. That’s a lie. They billed me right from the get-go! I’m attempting to get a refund now so we will see how that goes. One would think an app focused on privacy protection wouldn’t pull a sleight of hand but this world just gets crazier all the time.

Service works well. Functionality is pretty good as well. However, it seems like they recycled their numbers too quickly because the new number I received I get constant spam calls and text messages from various numbers every day which I have to block so they stopped calling me from the previous owner of this phone number meaning it has not been dormant long enough. They also sell verified numbers however only after I made the purchase and contacted Support was I told they don’t have any Canadian numbers only US numbers for the service. They should have to update that info in the app prior to anyone subscribing to that service as it’s a pain having to go and request a refund.

Worst Piece of Garbage on the Internet
Burner just cancelled my account for a supposed violation of the Terms of Service, but I have received no copy of the supposed violation and no means to dispute the alleged violation. Skip this one and use something modern, not a barebones app programmed and operated by American preschool children
Doesn’t work
Didn’t work for what I wanted which was advertised and when it says 3 day free trial it charged me didn’t even purchase the app for a whole day when i canceled very upsetting . Wish I could get my 10$ back
Beware of using this app
I’ve been a premium user for about a year and while the app was occasionally glitchy, it would work. However recently, I realized that many of my text messages that were sent were not being received. None of the messages that i sent was received by the intended recipient. I use this app only for personal use and Burner support told me that it is possible that my number was flagged for spam and to wait 24 or 72 (?) hours for it to auto resolve. I have never sent any unsolicited messages to anyone and barely communicate with a few other numbers on this app. There was no notification from Burner that outgoing messages were not being sent. Burner support was friendly but completely useless in helping me get the issue resolved. Do not use this app for anything remotely important because it will cause huge misunderstandings with people you are trying to text. You think messages are sent, but they are not received by the recipient. Stay away and use something else!
