Doesn’t work
As previous reviewer mentioned, app doesn’t work now. Only displays “Office Depot Office Max” but app won’t actually open. Running latest version of app on iPhone 17 PM wth iOS 26.4.2. Useless !!!
App doesn’t work
Since last update app doesn’t nothing but display Office Depot logo. Have to go to the website to get it to work.

I really wish they would the orders part of the app. Anything past a couple weeks old throws and error when you try to load the transaction details. To be tailored towards businesses and not have this critical information which businesses rely on for invoicing and tax purposes is a huge swing and miss. I should be able to see everything year-to-date without errors.
Additionally y’all need alignment on how the Business Select/Rewards work between store reps and online reps. Online reps say it’s one or the other. Store reps say Business Select is stackable with Rewards. Getting 10% off toner plus being able to stack that with 5% rewards + the bonus 15% they ran last month is a huge advantage but when you’re being told two different things it makes you not want to buy because who do you trust?
The Business Select page and FAQ are equally vague - up to 20% off: okay so what specifically are the discounts? I imagine it’s based on category. 2% is on the way UP TO 20% but doesn’t make it worth while. If it’s not stackable with rewards why is that not transparently called out on the FAQ? Lack of credibility does not make people want to signup for subscriptions because you’ll be equally as scammy when it comes time to cancel.

Logging in
When I try to log in and enter my password it tells me that the zip code is invalid. So I tried putting my zip code in the password field and it told me my password is incorrect. That's very frustrating.

Every time I try to open this app it crashes.
