Logged out every other week.
The apps keeps logging out every other week what is the advantage of having this app if I have to keep logging in?

Constantly logs me out on my phone which is very annoying. No reason it should be doing this

What is the point of having an app if I need to scan a QR on my laptop at regular intervals? Have another 2FA that doesn’t involve a second device, please.
Not an actual app
This is just a website redirect link. Upon opening the app it just opens up the browser with the OfficeSpace address. Not an actual app.

Latest update is slow and lacks floor browsing
The latest update to the app is awful.
- It only shows a single booking for the day, no help if you have multiple (desk and parking)
- There is no option to browse multiple floors from the floor plan - this was no issue in the previous version
- It is also much slower.

Wont sign in
The app opens an in-app browser to log in. But then the in app browser stays open and you have to use office space web app. So that app itself never logs in. Basically this app does nothing than open an in app browser
Can only login in the pop up, not the app
Used to work ok, now you can only login in the ‘login’ pop-up screen, after closing it, the main app hasn’t logged you in.

What changed?
I used to be able to stay signed in for days, but now am required to sign in every time I use the app. This is annoying since our OfficeSpace has to interface with Microsoft Authenticator. So the semi-separate sign in window pops up for authentication and stays up once authentication. Not only that, but every time I sign in I get an error in this app and then a link to the home page. None of this used to happen. Please fix.

It always opens a browser window, there doesn’t seem to be any point to the app

Lacks basic functionality
I am not able to pick a start time to book a desk. I can only book from “now” via the mobile app. This is such an obvious flaw that I am surprised how this was missed.
Logs out by itself
It continuously logs out by itself.
Easy to use for on the go
Mostly use the app to find a desk and book it or see where my colleagues are. A lot of times I forget to book my desk and end up booking on the subway or in the parking lot and the app makes it pretty straight forward.
No notifications
My company follow some short window timings for check-in and if we do not receive notification reminder then having a mobile app is almost useless. I do bookings on computer as the big scree helps. But, check-in notifications should be coming in app.
Nice Product, great support
This tool is only as good as your company Admin is willing to make it. It has some nice features and options and they have always been willing to make modifications based on our company needs. Would recommend to other organizations using a Hybrid workplace

Sends email spam
The app is ok but what is very annoying is that you cannot control the emails you receive. Why they even need to be sent is beyond me. If I change my booked desk for the day, I can get 5 emails just for the one day including reminders, booking and cancellations. Every day.
