Building Location not working

Tried onboarding on both PC and iPhone and the part where we enter our office building does not work. Please fix

I can’t complete sign up because it won’t recognize my location, so then I can’t access any of the perks I get through my job since you need to show the app. Ridiculous. Multiple people are saying the same thing. Please fix.
