Tried onboarding on both PC and iPhone and the part where we enter our office building does not work. Please fix

I can’t complete sign up because it won’t recognize my location, so then I can’t access any of the perks I get through my job since you need to show the app. Ridiculous. Multiple people are saying the same thing. Please fix.

I can’t seem to find anywhere but here to report this bug, but I downloaded the app and cannot get past the “What is Your Location?” Screen. No matter what I type in, it says no location found.

I have access through my job and when I’m the location point to create my account.. it says “no location found” can yall fix this please?? I’m not the only review that says that….
Broken app will not allow you to setup
This app will not allow user to complete sign up. Gets hung at picking location of the user.
Issues
I have a Zo account but since this upgrade I can’t sign in I followed the prompts only to see I created a new account. I can't see my bookings unless I go to the browser. I'm now worried my account will be deleted because I deleted the new account but its still my email associated to the original account. What is going on? It used to be an amazing app.

Useless
There is no reason for this to be an app instead of a simple website. This app seemingly only exists to force ads and spam and unnecessary notifications on users. If Zo wants people to download their app, they should consider making it useful, instead of restricting events to people who have the app. This app is killing Zo’s brand.

For some reason the app stopped loading on my iPhone XS. Just keep seeing the “spinner”.
I tried everything, updated the app, restarted my phone, closed the app completely. Nothing works.
