Sync problems
It will not sync unless I reinstall it each week! Tech says it’s my problem??? So tech what is the Solution that I should do differently?

I can’t believe that they call this a functional application and charge money for it! Can’t search for anything. It is slow, doesn’t support facial recognition or thumbprint. Can’t enter your time. The whole thing is an absolute joke.
I already have contacts and a calendar on my phone
What I need from this app is the ability to access (and add to) my task list while out of the office.
Also it took OT support 4 weeks to fix whatever was going on and make the app work for me, and that lasted exactly until the next OT update. Not only does it not work, the OfficeTools Exchange service running on the server chews up massive resources making the entire system laggy and borderline unusable. So this app is not only not useful and doesn’t work but actually harms the ability to do other work too.

Nice to have on my phone
Many features work well and it’s great to have access to OTP via a mobile app. The search feature within contacts is nearly worthless though. It will only search up to the end of the list that is on the screen. Example, in order for you to search and find a contact with the last name Zebra, you would first need to scroll through every contact in your database so that the Zebra client first populated on the screen in the app. Only after that will it show up in the search results. This must be done every time you enter the app. Kind of pointless if this is the only way to get Search to work for the entire contact database.

Doesn’t work
Doesn’t work. Won’t let me log in. Perhaps it’s only meant for the cloud version. If show it should say that.
