Great app for sirt food diet
This is great. When I started this plan on Monday, I looked everywhere for a grocery list and couldn't find one. I wish I'd know about the app! It would have made shopping much easier. Granted, it's all written in metric and we don't use that in the US. That would be a nice improvement! I just google the amounts to convert to US.
The recipes themselves are delicious, but tend to get a little tedious. I just ordered their recipe book to try and find some alternative meal ideas for my family.
