Bookmark not working

Assalamu alaikum, dear Amiluee. Thank you for your feedback. Upon receiving your review, we performed several tests on the bookmark feature; however, we did not observe any issues with it. Since a bookmark functions like a page marker, it is intended only to help you return to the page and verse where you left off. We believe you may actually be trying to resume from where you stopped while using the audio playback feature. For this, you need to use the “Go to Verse” button located opposite the player controls, at the bottom-left corner of the screen. If our assumption is correct, please try using this feature. If you are unable to do so, please contact us through the email option available inside the app. We are always happy to assist all our users as much as we can, and, inshaAllah, we can also guide you with screenshots if necessary. If we have misunderstood your situation, or if there is an issue that we may have overlooked, please contact us through the in-app email feature and describe the problem in more detail. If there is something we have missed, we would like to examine it immediately and, inshaAllah, do whatever we can to resolve it. We ask Allah to grant you peace, well-being, and blessed days.
