saved audios gone ?? :(
haven’t logged in a good while and now when i log in the audios i had saved are gone ??? thought maybe it was a bug on the app cuz it looks like the app has some issues but even on the website it says i have 0 audios saved…idk how many i had before the 10 free saves but if it was more than 10 it should just keep 10 and anything more can be removed…the app didn’t tell me about the account update so if i hadn’t gone on the website i wouldn’t have known that if u don’t pay the subscription u only have a limit of 10 audios to save for free. also i cant view the profiles i follow on the app but on the website i can…this new design is so confusing :( i want the old one back i like how we were able to filter out the free audios from the paid one but now it seems like u cant when u go on someone’s profile :(

If I could give a half of a star I would.
I have had this app for a while now and it was good and really budget friendly for the people you don’t have money to spend plus the authors of the audios got decided what they wanted free and what they wanted people to pay money for but then Ohcleo updated the app and now only allows 10 tracks for free and they seem to be the most corniest audios ever, this update is really stupid and I’m now deleting the app

No real trial period
They have 7000 audios but only allow a list of ten when you’re deciding if you want a subscription. And the 10 seem to be the corniest, cringeworthy selections. You’d think they’d want to entice you. The other audios seemed promising but as soon as you’re thinking it might be good, a pop up stops the track and informs you that you gotta pay pay to finish the audio. Why would an audio app not want you to experience the audio? They need a different trial strategy.

used to be such a good app to use. now ever since it rebranded and had an interface makeup it is not user friendly whatsoever. i’ve used this app for years and had a bunch of ones i loved saved and now i have nothing. unimpressed with your update

Please fix this bug, I can’t log in or sigh up anymore but the audios were amazing
Can’t get into my account
I’ve seen 2 or 3 people saying the same thing but I can’t get into my account I would put my info into the app to log in but it will only spin I spent an hour waiting and it did nothing I’ve also deleted the app and reinstalled it but it did nothing this needs to be fixed before other people get the same issue and not use it again

Awful
I used to like this app and the creators’ voices got me off and it was great until recently that I tried to use the app and login but now it takes forever to log in and it’s frustrating.
Terrible app
I logged in one time and have tried to login about 20 times since and the app will not log me back in
Good while it lasted.
The audios were amazing with the app and the website I never had any issues with it, but with this buy a 6 dollar subscription to listen to a full audios thing ohcleo has it’s just not worth it anymore. It was best free since you already have to pay to listen to certain audios on different channels atp it’s ridiculous.

This app will often not open despite several attempts. The messaging function doesn’t not work at all now either.

Can’t get past the signup screen
No cuz like what’s happening with this app? I try to link my google account, and the sign up stays grayed out and it doesn’t proceed to the next screen. You can’t get beyond the sign up screen and it’s not functional at all.

Anyways, first I made an account online then downloaded this in Sept and used a few times then returning to the app some time later, I’m logged out (apparently a common problem here) and it won’t open up my account! I can sign in online but not in the app!?
This is disappointing to have this issue continue since there has not been any app updates in a while. I just wanted to enjoy my content creators’ content and yet, this is just shameful.
It would be more efficient if you open a web browser on your phone, search the official website, and sign in on the page itself. You can still enjoy it that way,
If anyone is going to download the app, enjoy the few day or however long you have before it signs you out of the app and won’t work no matter how many times you log back in again.
It’s your choice to go through annoyance. Enjoy your day!

Soo is it dead?
Made an account this summer. Maybe three days everything was fine. Now (starting around 8-20) I can’t log in. And if by chance it does log me in I get kicked back out instantly. Things don’t load. Can’t listen. Can’t create. Can’t do anything both online and on app. I see they havent software updated in a year. They hardly post on Instagram. Is the company dead? *Are there any creators on there that can leave reviews telling us their experience??* Are you able to upload? Are you making money??

Hello? Does support even exist…?
I hate to take stars away for this, but this is kinda ridiculous. I made an account cause a few of my peers use it, so I said why not, right? Well, I make a creator profile and put in my info for my account profile and…it automatically changed my birthday to a day before? Maybe it’s because my birthday is a holiday, or maybe it’s a bug in the code?
Fine. Whatever.
So, I submit a report to customer support, and a week flies back with no response. I don’t know if I’m impatient or what, so I decide why not send another report? I know time zones can be different, and it can be a few business days, so I figured with two emails sent, they’d respond at some point. Silence for another week….
I submitted another email today, but I’m not expecting a response at this point. I’m a bit frustrated due to no response. Is there any way I can get ANY kind of support from the team? I literally just need to fix my birthday to get completely verified, but the app won’t save the correct date. If I don’t get any help, I’ll keep cycling between entering the date, and it switching back after I refresh the page (and an immediate email saying I didn’t get verified). Please respond.

my account
i haven’t used the app in a couple of days and now that i’m logging back on, it logs me out of my account and doesn’t let me back in? even when i try to make a new account, it freezes the app? i literally keep deleting and downloading the app, resetting my phone. nothing. GIVE ME MY ACCOUNT BACK OR LET ME MAKE A NEW ONE. no matter what i do, new email, username, password, phone number. it’s just stuck loading or just says, “make an account” even though i’ve been trying to log in or make a new one for the past 20 MINUTES. i’m extremely displeased with this considering how it worked just fine before. i hate this app.
