Great app!
I really enjoy this app! It makes it really eas to bank. I almost never have to go to the bank unless I need cash. You can do just about everything with the click of a button!
Banking made easy
I have been banking with ohcu for many years. I have moved to Georgia and have not found a credit union better than ohcu. They make banking easy, and I have no reason to change.
Transfers
I really like being able to transfer funds from and to external accounts but wish, really need for the transfer to happen faster at times.
Great website
This is such a convenient feature. It took about 10 seconds for me to look at my gas bill and then pay on the OHCU website!!
Update will not download
Update will not download and you cannot use the previous version. All of the advantages of being able to log in daily are gone instantly without a fix easily accessible.

Need better ways to pay payments instead of charging 5.95 just to make a payment that is ridiculous to charge your members, so make it easier to make payments on your website

Have older phone and I no longer can use the app which is real inconvenience to the ones that use app daily
Can’t use anymore
Requires 17 IOS now and my iPhone 8 will only update to 16.72. Why companies do this I don’t understand. Oh well, will be using the atm info to check stuff now.

Having to use Touch ID every time I want the app. Otherwise, it’s fine
Update broke app
Since the latest update, it wiped my login credentials. I go to sign in and it says i need to update my password. Now its a never ending cycle of reset link emails that return me to login screen. Pointless app now.
Very slow to update balance.
If you use the app also keep a checkbook ledger because it doesn't update when you make a purchase for several days. I don't know if it's dated tech or by design to encourage overdrafts. Just be advised.

Wish I could use it!
Used to do practically all my banking from this app, until the most recent update. Now the app requires iOS 16, which is unavailable on my older iPhone. Older versions of the app have been made unusable, as they just give me an error message telling me I have to download the newest version, which I obviously can’t do without first downloading iOS 16… which I can’t do without buying a whole new phone, I guess. Really disappointing. Please make the newest version available on iOS 15, or even just disable the outdated version error message!

Manage payments
Manage payments does not work any more. I’ve used many different servers and because of this I constantly have trouble with large payments. I keep having to do increases I already requested.
