WiFi connection
Had problems reconnecting with my WiFi.
Called service and was on hold less than 2 minutes. The technician that helped me was extremely helpful.
He explained that I had to delete my door and re-register my door.
The technician talked me through the entire process and now my door works great.

Spotty Connection
When you need it most you likely won’t have connection. Not sure why but randomly my opener will lose connection, requiring going through the connection set up etc, and then randomly days later connecting by itself. I love the app when it works!
Mostly love
I think it’d be even better to have the option to crack it (maybe select what size we want the gap to be). I have a cat that goes in there and with the app I can’t crack it enough for her to get in and out. I can’t always tell where she is and it’s been an issue.
No longer work for my Legacy 850
It used to work perfectly fine until a month ago it stopped working. Can’t get the device online…not sure it has anything to do with iOS.26

I’ve been using this app for 3+ years. No issues. Always notifies me when the door opens or closes. Simple and very useful app.

Great.. when it works
This app is great when it works. Half the time it says “not connected” for some reason or another and reconfiguring does not help at all because it can never connect to the network it needs to connect to. Then one day it’ll randomly send you a notification that the garage door was opened or shut and it’ll work for a few weeks until it messes up again. I hate this app.

Absolutely love my new Garage openers
I love the convenience of being able to open or close my door, via WIFI, even when I’m not at home, particularly if I left it open. It’s just one more secure feature to know that my door is open - such that I can close it or at least find out if it’s an authorized family member.

A good app that I overall like. It’s great that I can control it with Siri voice commands.
This app works well, but…..
I love the app, I really love my 3 super quiet and reliable OHD openers. The app needs more buttons. For instance, a close all doors button would be nice. Perhaps a jog button when you only want it open a small amount for ventilation. The ability to set up notifications if a particular door has been open passed a programmable amount of time. The industry leader should definitely have the best app, thanks for reading.

Never works. Terrible app
I went and bought this garage door opener specifically because this app had good reviews and I wanted one eye control with my phone. Unfortunately, three months in, I still cannot get this app to work. I go through the steps to connect to Wi-Fi over and over again. It never works. So then I even went and bought a new router because potentially the type of Internet was an issue, that didn’t work. I’ve gone through the steps so many times and every time it fails to connect. This company has really gone downhill, this app is completely useless. I’ve sunk a ton of money into trying to make this work and it just never does.
Furthermore, it’s a little ridiculous that in order to set up the Internet, you have to climb up and press a button and scan a QR code that’s on the actual opener. So meanwhile, as I try over and over again to set this up, I just have to keep climbing up on a ladder. Nobody could think of a better way
