App can’t see my watch

Bad Experience No Connectvity
Very disappointing experience. The OHealth app is available on iOS, but it does not support OnePlus Watch 2 or 2R. The device is not even detectable, making the app useless for these watches.
This is misleading for customers who expect compatibility after seeing the app on the App Store. OnePlus should either add proper iOS support or clearly inform users before purchase.
Please fix this with at least basic functionality like notifications and health sync.

Completely Useless for OPPO Band
Bought an OPPO Band V expecting basic fitness tracking with my iPhone. After factory resetting to enter pairing mode, the band is now stuck in endless setup/pairing screen. The OHealth app installs fine but never detects the band—no scan finds it, nothing shows in “Add device” (just irrelevant OnePlus options), and it doesn’t appear in iOS Bluetooth settings at all.
No error messages, just total silence. No way to exit setup mode or use features without pairing.

Doesn’t seem to work with iPad
Connected my OnePlus watch easily to my Android phone, but when I went to set the app up on my iPad, it only listed a single OnePlus watch rather than the full range. Deleting the app and reinstalling it didn’t help
Oneplus Ohealth
The one and only drawbacks is that it does not connect with ios even for notification only ! Nowadays every single person has iphone so what’s the point to use this watch ? It’s really a bad investment for me.
