App can’t see my watch

Bad Experience No Connectvity

Very disappointing experience. The OHealth app is available on iOS, but it does not support OnePlus Watch 2 or 2R. The device is not even detectable, making the app useless for these watches.

This is misleading for customers who expect compatibility after seeing the app on the App Store. OnePlus should either add proper iOS support or clearly inform users before purchase.

Please fix this with at least basic functionality like notifications and health sync.

Completely Useless for OPPO Band

Bought an OPPO Band V expecting basic fitness tracking with my iPhone. After factory resetting to enter pairing mode, the band is now stuck in endless setup/pairing screen. The OHealth app installs fine but never detects the band—no scan finds it, nothing shows in “Add device” (just irrelevant OnePlus options), and it doesn’t appear in iOS Bluetooth settings at all.
No error messages, just total silence. No way to exit setup mode or use features without pairing.

Doesn’t seem to work with iPad

Connected my OnePlus watch easily to my Android phone, but when I went to set the app up on my iPad, it only listed a single OnePlus watch rather than the full range. Deleting the app and reinstalling it didn’t help

Oneplus Ohealth

The one and only drawbacks is that it does not connect with ios even for notification only ! Nowadays every single person has iphone so what’s the point to use this watch ? It’s really a bad investment for me.

Poor

This update swallowed all my data and it now seems impossible to record anything at all . Very poor performance

Conectivity issues

My oppo watch did not show up when i tried to connect it.The app told me to use wear OS but it did not show up on that app either

Horrible

I can’t even create an account without telling me that I took to long to make one and now it won’t let me create one

Can’t connect

Can’t find or connect my oppo watch
Tried everything still not working

bluetooth

the bluetooth is not good. at all. my iphone connects to my oppo band and does not have an ‘i’ next to it to remove the device. hopefully the developers can remove the permissions from the app that restrict me from removing the device once it is connected to iphone. the heytap pairing dosent want to pair either. hope this gets sorted out.

It is not working

It won’t let me pair my watch to my phone

Works Great

Works Great!!

Good with the Oppo watch free. Wish I could share health data

Everything works great with my Oppo watch free. Good insights into sleep, workouts, heart rate zones. One major drawback I see is there is no connected app sharing of health and workout data with Apple Health or Google fit. I can only share steps with Apple health. Everything is within the app. Oppo if you are listening.. please add this feature

Love it!

The app was friendly and helped me to connect my watch to my phone, it makes like better

Useless

This app is useless. Always says the watch is not connected. It is connected.

Connection issue

Whenever I tried to connect my opponent watch to HeyTap health it would simply say no devices available even though my phone had already connected and I was able sing wear OS

Pairing issues

It doesn’t let me re-pair my Oppo to the app. Every now and then it disconnects but now it just says that there’s no device available to pair with even though my watch is already connected to the Wear OS app.

This makes me unable to keep track of my daily activity which is one of the main reasons I have the watch.

Very annoying

Bad update

The recent update not only ate all my data and settings, it's also borked sleep tracking. The band's sleep data seems good, but it's not translating to the app at all. 5/1 - sleep data not registering on app unless you force it to update and still wrong even then. Please fix! 25/3 - thank you for fixing the sleep data. Can you fix workout data please. I can't get the app to pick up the data no matter how many times I refresh. 10/6 - workout data is still not updating to the app.

Worst App Ever I Had Ever Seen

When i try to connects my smartwatch through this app. It always failed to connect and when i try to reconnect my smartwatch then it shows to re pair your smartwatch again through bluetooth. I had done this so many times still it is having same problem like before. Also after doing so many methods to connect if it still connect then after few minutes it again disconnect and need to connect again. I tried so many things to counter this problem like re pair watch again through Bluetooth, log out and log in again in this app, reset watch, reset settings etc but none of these things works. I literally so disappointed and never expected such things from this app. I really don’t understand how can these brands launch smartwatch without testing their application and connectivity. If i know these problems before then i don’t buy this smart watch.
