It is impossible to install your Facebook recognition software to enable scanning tickets software. You don’t even offer technical support to correct the problem or offer some sort of help.

Every time I try to reset my password to log in there is always a problem! Why is this so fricken hard! Extremely frustrating!
Miss the old app
I miss the old version and I also hate the fact that you have to be signed in in order to check to see if you have a winning ticket. That is so crazy that the lottery Track every dollar you win
Lost my scan ability
Not sure what or why this happened. I did the forced update and now I can’t scan my Ohio tickets.

I really liked this app until this weekend. It hasn’t loaded the winning numbers for any games since 1/1/25 and it is now 1/5/25. Fix it please!

Very unresponsive to login issues. Multiple attempts to login and even asked friends to try and no success.
Checking tickets
Why do you have to get an account to check the bar code at the bottom of a game. Lost a lot of my business now that I have to take it somewhere to check it.Recks of Ohio Lottery trying to keep track of you for tax purposes. No helping someone check numbers anymore
Hate the update
I used the scanner in the old version all the time now I can’t scan unless verifying my identity with my drivers license number. I see no need to do that. It’s just another breech of privacy. I will delete and check using another app. Dont try fixing something that isn’t broke because now you broke a perfectly good app.

What happened to the old, easy to use, Ohio Lottery app? No camera to scan the tickets, nowhere to enter ticket number, what a load of useless garbage. And where are our reward points and why can’t we enter any more?

IT fanaticism strikes again!
The app was working just fine, but of course IT people can never leave well enough alone. Old version had all the games, with jackpots and cash-option payouts ON ONE PAGE. No more, though, for reasons that escape me.

Way too busy. Too many colors . Plain and simple like previous App.. last App was an easy read.
