I’m already logged in, but the new version forces me to relog in, however, it then just says there is a problem with the account. Absolutely trash app!
Never works - switch to draftkings casino
Logins fail repeatedly, UI is horrible. DraftKings offers a perfect solution to never use this app again.

To open my app I have to put my password in twice every time. Never had to before

The app is working fine but Ohio Lottery is a scam! I’m not whining over bad luck but all the tickets- hundreds of them bought at different places and different times -NO winners but a measly $2-3 winners. They are taking advantage of you and they are not paying out. Period. Who oversees the lottery? Because someone is not doing their job. It’s not just me either- it’s everyone I talk to and ask. Yes it’s a part of gambling but they are seriously scamming I hope you all see it. I’m done playing when they are not doing their part. SCAM ScAM SCAM!!!!! Go to Michigan or Indiana and buy your tickets! At least you can win $5-$10 here and there.

By far the worst lottery app. I can't believe how much information it asked for including face verification. What a joke. Look at other 49 states OH.

Before they went digital there were no problems.
Now, if you don’t scan every 10 minutes it boots you off and you need to log back in.
Sometimes it goes out for no apparent reason. It’s beautiful outside, and guess what? It’s down.

SO STUPID - need to register to scan a ticket
This is such a stupid app that you can’t scan your tickets unless you register. Who was the brain trust committee that came up with that idea?
Did i just get scammed?
I registered for an account and scanned my drivers lisence.
They said they sent an email to complete the registration. It has been 2 hours and there still is no email

Crash
This app has been down in the last 2 weeks more that it has worked. Very frustrating when you want to use it to purchase plays and it’s not working when you go to a lottery location.
Never Works
Every time I try and use it there is an issues. Either the server is down or the scan is not working properly.
Great When the Server Isn’t Down
It’s a good app when it works but constantly displaying message that server is down or unreachable. An app you can only use every now and then is frustrating.

Server Down - No #s
Server down and no updates on draws on a regular basis. Not worth the money they charge thru ticket price/revenue. Poor service.
Poor website development and User Interface. You have to make 5 or 6 clicks just to scan a ticket, other states it’s only 1 or 2.

Opens and shows results sometimes lagging when just wanting to enter email and scan tickets. System is always down when I wanna do something.
Account Required Just to Scan a Ticket
Requiring users to create an account, upload a government ID, and complete identity verification just to scan a lottery ticket is excessive. Basic ticket checking should be available without registration. An account should only be required for rewards, mobile cashing, or other financial features.
Server Down
The app is unreliable as it is consistently down due to server issues. This has to be sponsored by the State of Ohio Lottery Commission right? I wonder if they track the downtime vs what they pay for in marketing because the ROI is not there if it’s not a tool people can use.
Error when creating an account
Terrible app. I’ve tried multiple times to create an account and I keep getting an error “with email verification.” I just want to scan my tickets.
