When you log in you can order your taxi immediately, or choose a later time or date and the order will remain in the dispatch system until it is completed. You can retrieve your order on your mobile device to check for estimated time of arrival to your pick up location, change date, time or any other feature, or cancel your order. You can add commonly used travel locations (which are already shortcuts) to make ordering faster and easier. Save the shortcut name, such as work, dentist, home, or favorite restaurant, and the name and address of the location in your permanent profile and you can scroll to that shortcut to quickly enter that location in your order.
