Very bad customer service
When ever i start to log in i have to register in everytime, when i contact to customer service they give the $tupid reason and now i deleted the app.
Useless
I’m troubled with login problems every single time. Is it still need to send sms to login?

Worse log in system
This app should make log in system with any compatible handsets. If device fingerprint system has error , it wont log in anymore. Thats the big problem for this app for the future.

UI control မနိုင်ဘဲ form fillup လုပ်တဲ့ field တွေကို အရမ်းမကစားပါနဲ့

အထဲရောက်သွားတဲ့ချိန် တလွဲတွေဖြစ်တာပဲ
- ဖုန်းပြောင်းလို့ register ပြန်လုပ်ပါဆိုလို့ ပြန်လုပ်တုန်း နာမည်ရေးတာ နဲနဲ လွဲနေလို့ မရတာကို error က “pin number မှားနေတယ်” ဆိုပြီးပြတယ်
- register တုန်းက nrc number ဖြည့်ထားတာလဲ မရှိတော့ဘူး
- profile ထဲဝင်ပြီး ပြန်ဖြည့်မယ်ဆိုတော့လဲ nrc number choose ခိုင်းတာက error တက်နေတော့ ဖြည့်မရ
- ဖြည့်မရတော့ တစ်ခုခုလုပ်မယ်ဆို nrc နေရာကြီးမှာ N/A ကြီးပြနေပြီး ကွကို စာရိုက်ပြီးရေးလို့လဲမရတော့ ဘာမှဆက်လုပ်ခွင့် မပေး

Waste of times
This app should have been the most used app instead the UI and the log in making really difficult to use. Can’t imagine we are stuck with this app for years now as this is the most services within the app.
Very badly designed app both the performance and user experience
It is an extremely badly designed app both for the look and feel, user experience and performance. It also asks too many private information which is not necessary to run such payment app. Red flag!
Great app but bad UI
Overall it has lots of functions unlike other pay apps but please take care of your bad user interface. Simplify the process.
