入出金履歴確認で過去の日付の修正ができない。スクロールしてるのに任意の日付にできないのはなに？？？馬鹿かお前はと思ってしまうのは私だけ⁈

残高は問題なく確認可能

使えないってことは無いです。本人認証ができない人はキャッシュカードの暗証番号間違えてるんじゃないですかね。送金ができなかったり、入出金明細が2ヶ月のみだったり、他の金融機関に比べて劣るところはありますが、残高が確認できるだけでも助かります。

住所変更

他の方も書かれているが、住所変更の際の写真撮影が全然駄目
カメラの焦点が近づけると合わない、拡大縮小も出来ない
写真撮影の可否はAIで判定されるようだが、何度撮り直しても判定で弾かれる
これならカメラアプリで撮影した写真を送信して後日、人の目で見分けてもらった方が良いかと思う

振込がアプリで出来ない！

ちょっとびっくりしました。 アプリで振込できない仕様のようです。 ローンも組まないし、投資もするつもりはないので、残高見るだけのアプリ… ダウンロードする必要、なかったです。 振込ぐらいできるようにアップデートして下さい。 更に追加！出入金履歴も2ヶ月分しか見られません。 一体ユーザーに何のサービスを提供したくてこのアプリを作ったのでしょう？ DLする価値はゼロです。
