GREAT Idea, Inconsistent Usability
I love the Okapi program and being able to get my coffee in returnable/reusable vessels! The app can be problematic, however. I am asked to login every time I want to use it (not a huge problem, but inconvenient). When I enter my password, I receive a message that it’s incorrect (not true) and I am prompted to reset my password. This is all too many steps when I just need to order my coffee in a reusable cup! Please improve the app so more and more people can use it easily!

Great program
Great program but the app randomly logs out pretty often and it’s very annoying

Okapi is a convenient solution for getting coffee “to go” without the waste!
The app is user-friendly, borrowing a cup is simple, and there is a map within the app to locate participating cafés.
If I am out & about I check the app to find new coffee shops to try. It’s a fun way to avoid waste (and drinking out of plastic-lined paper cups!)

Intuitive & Easy!
I love the mission of Okapi and how they help to reduce waste and encourage reusing. The app is super easy to use and intuitive so anyone can borrow and return a cup with ease.
