This is one of the absolute worst apps I have ever tried to use. The cursor jumps fields on its own, and once, after struggling for some time, you’ve entered data it will just error out.
Difficult to operate
This app needs work. The curser likes to jump around so you can’t effectively plug in information. After fighting the jumping, and trying to sign up for an account, I get an error message. I can’t even use this app.

App is a joke. Doesn’t work at all.

Impossible to find a ticket we entered two days ago. App will not give me a list of all our submitted tickets — instead, we are expected to remember all the ticket numbers. Guess what? All that information is at the office, and we are using your app on our mobile phone IN THE FIELD!

It freezes a lot, not user friendly, just a waste. Don’t bother downloading this app.
