I love Oklahoma Central Credit Union. However worst app with update this last quarter 2025. Totally destroyed my credit.

I've used OCCU for many years. I have had nothing, but awesome service. The mobile app is easy and convenient to navigate.
Application issues?
Usually the app works great, but here lately (past two weeks) I’ve been getting application issues where it says it can’t display my accounts with a red triangle and a white exclamation mark in it. Usually happens in the morning. By the afternoon it goes back to normal, but I don’t appreciate not having access to my balances at any time.
Update: now I can’t even get past the login. What’s going on?

OCCU IS PLAIN GREAT
I have been a member of OCCU since 2010 and my experiences with them have all been just plain great. The staff has always been cordial, professional, and very helpful. There's no other financial institution I've experienced in over 60-some years that come close to the level of greatness that I've experienced with that of OCCU's.

Mobile deposit issues
It was easy to use this app for mobile deposits. But today I can’t get the proper amount of deposit entered. It does not enter anything to the right of the decimal point. This really is a problem.

Mobile deposit
This is normally fairly easy to do. This is the first time I’ve had trouble. It took two minutes of rotating my device for it to stop saying rotate your device. When it actually worked it was very sensitive to light or shadows. Had to prop the check up just right to take the pic.

Not very good
I purchased a vehicle and this bank has picked up the note. Great rate so I went with it. Come to find out, you literally have to go to a branch to make a car payment. Not able to make payments on line. Can’t transfer money from other bank accts. Very disappointing and not very happy with this bank for this sole reason. Hope they change in the future

Problem
I sometimes have to turn off Wi-Fi on my phone. If I forget that it's off and try to open the app, it completely locks up. The only solution is to remove the app and download it again. It's very annoying.
