The Update Made It Worse!
The recent redesign/update appears to be better at registering tickets and checking draw game tickets, HOWEVER, it now isn’t updating the draw games which is the main reason for the app! Where are the App designers!? Fire them!

Worst
It was bad before the update but now it’s even worse. They somehow made it even more difficult to navigate and that’s if you can login.
Still no scanning
This app is barely worth the download. The scan feature is still not working. The lottery has not figured out how to scan purchased tickets. Too busy trying to scalp an extra charge, I guess. Pirates.
STOP UPDATING YOUR APP
This app is constantly busted. Then after months of it not working they fix it, just to turn around and completely change and rework the app starting the process all over again. Why the actual frick was it necessary to change it after you JUST got it to work. Classic Oklahoma critical thinking skills at work.

Won’t let you sign in
Had me set it up and change password, changed it and immediately it say password is incorrect and lock my account. Whom ever developed this app, needs to make sure it actually works before putting it into use.
Hopelessly broken
Before this newest update I was able to open the app, sign into the players club and scan tickets. Now I sign into the app click scan and continually get sent back to a sign in page. This app needs fixed.
Login Issue
Login does not work, despite an app reinstall.
Redesign is Horrendous
Terrible redesign! Does not show estimated jackpot. Website does not appear to allow you to check your numbers. Inferior in every way to what was there before.

Way too busy for what its purpose is. No cash value for jackpots shown anymore.

I cant open the app
currently because it says there is an updated however when I went to the app store, there was no updated noted. I ever reatarted my phone and still the same thing. So of course being a player I cant get the points for the scratchers I purchased. Ridiculous!

The app and website are updated and look amazing, they work pretty well now as well.

This app is terrible…
Hit and miss
Well, it definitely has his issues like right now it wants you to update so when you come to update it it just sent you back to the same screen so there’s definitely a glitch in the system. This is just current in October 200six, however, it is convenient when it works when it doesn’t work it’s and when it doesn’t work well there’s a word for that that I won’t use because I’m a lady

Can’t use app can’t upgrade
This app is so plagued with problems it is ridiculous. About half the time you get errors when scanning a ticket. Other times you’ll scan a ticket and THEN it will ask for login. Now, it seems they have disabled the version I have on my phone and are requiring an upgrade that doesn’t seem to be available. Do better.

Doesn’t work right and won’t open
When I try to scan to see if I’m a winner or get points for items purchased, it errors out. Also, it will say not a winner, but if you look at the game legend, the ticket was a winner. Also, it says I have to update the app before it will open the app, but there’s no update avail 🙄
Update with no update?
I can’t access the app because I need to download an update but there no update available to download?? This app is very frustrating so hopefully the new update will actually fix the ongoing issues the app had like not scanning tickets without giving an error.

This app is horrible never works right! Doesn’t scan cards like it is supposed to and doesn’t work most of the time

It was a good app, now I have to login Everytime and when scanning it tells me “not a winner” when I can see I’ve got some winning numbers.
