App glitches
The app glitches all the time. Scanning a ticket to check results returns unauthenticated error severally. With the money oklahoma lottery makes, one would expect a very good tech team but no.......
Worst App EVER!
DO NOT TRUST THIS APP SCANNER!!!!! I saved all my winners went to check amounts again about 6 of them all of them all of them said they wasn’t a winner. Checked online ended up being 60 bucks. Wonder how many I thrown away over the years by just using the scanner. DO BETTER OK LOTTO!
Error prone
How many years until they improve this app so we don’t have to frequently uninstall the app to scan the tickets. Maybe if they spent less time dabbling in AI slop.

Cannot Scan Tickets
Does say if winner or not but big error message and no player points awarded.
Worthless
This app has got to be state run it is utterly worthless and deleting it is the only thing you will end up doing after first use. The login kicks you out and trying to relogin triggers a mental breakdown while you attempt to reset your password just to use the ticket checker. I’d rather physically go into the store to get it checked than spend one more min on this app. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time.

Awful
If I could give zero stars I would. You shouldn’t have to login in to check if you’ve won. App is always giving an error when trying to check your tickets. Straight garbage.
Scanner not working
Fix the scanner there’s always an issue I like the convenience of scanning the tickets but dang there’s always an issue now it’s freezing
Fails in new and exciting ways
The latest thing this app has been doing is when you scan a ticket, it just shows a bunch of code. It has also decided I can’t stay signed in. The app is incredibly unreliable and I have to reinstall it all the time.
Mostly doesn’t work
I rarely open this app and have it actually work to where I can scan tickets in.
Just tonight I was asked by a friend if my app was getting an error. I told them I was getting an error as I was trying to sign in. Yup, can’t even scan any tickets because, Yet Again, the app isn’t working. Wish I lived close to a border state so I could use their lottery and lottery app.

Mid-Scanning
I scanned 10 scratchers different prices 4 $5’s 4 $10s and 2 $20s The scanner claim not winner in all - I decided to check and 5 of the 10 won $85 total would have been lost money now I wonder about all the others I just tossed out
Awful
This app is absolutely awful. With as much money as they make you’d think their app would actually work. Half the time it crashes or won’t even scan the tickets.. just freezes.
Always crashes
The fact that I can’t ever scan more than 2 tickets without the app crashing is so frustrating. Then I restart and it still crashes. 😡 I think 1 star is still too much.
Waste of time
Points never get accepted. App crashes all the time. Waste of time messing with this app.
What happened?!
It finally worked to where you could scan scratchers but now it’s not working.
Exception errors
Scan ticket and a exception error will occur. I have to delete the app, reinstall it, log back in and attempt to scan a scratcher again. This cycle will happen over and over until I actually get a real response. Since I am very persistent, I will sit here and uninstall and reinstall this app up to 7 or 8 times in a row. Whoever the creator of this app could do better.

Oklahoma Lottery Commission is becoming a JOKE!!! The money doesn’t actually go to the schools like it should!!! Now you HAVE to log in EVERY SINGLE TIME to use the app!!!! They took the daily points limit to 300, so if you buy a roll of $10+ tickets you can’t even get points for all of them that day! Also the app pops up errors constantly when scanning tickets…. You would think as much money as Oklahoma Lottery Commission rakes in, they could at least hire a tech person smart enough to make an app work….
