Never Works
This is the worst app. The ticket check feature is never worker. Horrible
Fails often website never up at 4
The taxpayer supported website is never up at 4 AM. I have posted loads of screenshots on the Facebook page. The ticket checker fails around 25% of the time. We have been going back and forth sending screenshots to the Devs, them trying to duplicate the issue. More folks need to send in more screenshots of issues, especially you early risers. Terrible piece of junk
Fix this app! It worked fine a few years ago but it’s gotten progressively unreliable. Most of the time it doesn’t work at all for scratchers. Bloody ridiculous. And stop asking me for my biometrics every time I have to sign in, which has gotten to be every time I open the app. Seriously? Absolutely not!

Can’t get tickets to always scan. Spend more time restarting the app. App Sucks!!!
Unusable
App requires you to login each time you use it. The ticket scanner works 1/100 times and usually displays a giant error message with the help/next step portion hidden. This app needs a total overhaul to make it usable!
Hate it lately!
Now have to log in every time want to check a ticket & 9 times out of 10 an error msg pops up! Doesn’t help to log out and/or close out the app! Even shut down my iphone & still get an error msg when all I want to do is check my husband’s scratchers & earn points! If these are updates, then someone needs major tech skills! So disgusted!

Logged out EVERY TIME
Every time you scan, you will need to log in. It is stupid. Fix your buggy app.
App glitches
The app glitches all the time. Scanning a ticket to check results returns unauthenticated error severally. With the money oklahoma lottery makes, one would expect a very good tech team but no.......
Worst App EVER!
DO NOT TRUST THIS APP SCANNER!!!!! I saved all my winners went to check amounts again about 6 of them all of them all of them said they wasn’t a winner. Checked online ended up being 60 bucks. Wonder how many I thrown away over the years by just using the scanner. DO BETTER OK LOTTO!
Error prone
How many years until they improve this app so we don’t have to frequently uninstall the app to scan the tickets. Maybe if they spent less time dabbling in AI slop.

Cannot Scan Tickets
Does say if winner or not but big error message and no player points awarded.
Worthless
This app has got to be state run it is utterly worthless and deleting it is the only thing you will end up doing after first use. The login kicks you out and trying to relogin triggers a mental breakdown while you attempt to reset your password just to use the ticket checker. I’d rather physically go into the store to get it checked than spend one more min on this app. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time.

Awful
If I could give zero stars I would. You shouldn’t have to login in to check if you’ve won. App is always giving an error when trying to check your tickets. Straight garbage.
Scanner not working
Fix the scanner there’s always an issue I like the convenience of scanning the tickets but dang there’s always an issue now it’s freezing
Fails in new and exciting ways
The latest thing this app has been doing is when you scan a ticket, it just shows a bunch of code. It has also decided I can’t stay signed in. The app is incredibly unreliable and I have to reinstall it all the time.
Mostly doesn’t work
I rarely open this app and have it actually work to where I can scan tickets in.
Just tonight I was asked by a friend if my app was getting an error. I told them I was getting an error as I was trying to sign in. Yup, can’t even scan any tickets because, Yet Again, the app isn’t working. Wish I lived close to a border state so I could use their lottery and lottery app.
