About
Someone asks "when are you free?" — and you open your calendar, squint at it, and type out three options by hand. Okno does that part for you.
Connect the calendar already on your iPhone and Okno lays out the next five weekdays as a simple strip: what's taken, what's open. Tap the windows that suit you. The message assembles itself at the bottom of the screen, ready to paste into WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, email — anywhere you talk to people.
HOW IT WORKS
- Pick a minimum length — 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or an hour. Okno only offers windows that actually fit.
- Tap the free windows you want to give away.
- Choose a tone: Business or Friendly.
- Copy. Paste. Done.
WHAT COMES OUT
"I'm free today 2 pm–3 pm, tomorrow after 6 pm or on Thu until 10:30 am. What works best?"
Written the way a person writes it — not a wall of timestamps.
YOUR WORKING HOURS
Okno starts with a 10:00–19:00 day, but that's one tap away from yours. Set your own start and end times and the windows rebuild around your schedule.
READS EVERY CALENDAR ON YOUR IPHONE
iCloud, Google, Exchange, work, personal. If it shows up in the iPhone Calendar app, Okno counts it. Events you've marked as "free" are not treated as busy, and birthdays and subscribed holiday calendars are ignored on purpose — a birthday shouldn't block a whole working day.
YOUR EVENTS STAY PRIVATE — EVEN FROM THE SCREEN
Okno never displays what your meetings are called. It reads only when you are taken, and shows that time as "Busy". Nothing else about the event is used.
NOTHING LEAVES YOUR PHONE
No servers. No accounts. No analytics. No ads. No third-party SDKs. Okno makes no network requests at all — your calendar is read on the device and stays there. The generated text reaches your clipboard only when you tap Copy, and goes only where you paste it.
ENGLISH AND RUSSIAN
Switch in one tap. Time format follows the language: 12-hour in English, 24-hour in Russian.
TRY IT BEFORE GRANTING ANYTHING
Without calendar access Okno runs on demo data, so you can see exactly how it behaves first.
Free, with no purchases of any kind.
