Good, could be better
I like this app, but there's just some bugs. Sometimes the notes get cut off when adding it to a blood glucose reading. The chart also hasn't shown up for me for a few days. It says there is no data. Lastly, I can't log meals that happened earlier.
Great app, but really needs Apple integration
I really love this app. I really don’t have any issues with connecting this app to my iPhone 14 Pro Max. After I do my blood sample all I have to do is open the app and go to the connect device screen remove my test strip. It will go into Bluetooth mode and once I hit connect it connects with the app seamlessly and records all of my readings up to the current one the information is there for me to see also the pretty graphs pre-post meals also exercise can be recorded it even has an option for you to see the manual on the app itself. I really don’t understand why people don’t love this app, but it would be perfect if it did have Apple health integration and maybe A1c information but I really do love this app. Keep up the good work Osang!

App continues to have data transfer issues
Latest data transfer issue shows an error that says data can not be read because it is in wrong format. Nothing changed on my meter or the iPhone running the app. There was an update about 2 weeks ago that was supposed to “improve” the Bluetooth connection. It looks like it corrupted something. I will track my readings manually from now on. Tired of buying new meters every 3 to 4 months.

Needs an update!
This product is great because I’m not a person who always likes to write things down. The fact that I can sync my tests to the app via Bluetooth is the reason I purchased the kit. However, the app duplicates my tests. For example, if I take 1 test, it will appear as if I took 2 tests after syncing. It’s very frustrating. Also, the app has no instructions on what each icon means. One icon does tell you what the A1c range is. I don’t know what hyper/hypos is. Is it blood pressure-related? Please update the app based on the information I mentioned. It’s amazing and I love the product. Just need to resolve a few things. I’ll give it 5 stars once those things are resolved. Thank you.

Diagnosed with pre-diabetes
After being diagnosed, I’ve been looking for a device with the attached app.
Although it was a little bit difficult to understand the beginning, it was very clear of its supported function, and also the ability to export the data so that my doctors can see my glucose level was very helpful.

I FINALLY FOUND A BGM I CAN SETTLE! I hopped around here and there to find a reliable and light glucose meter and this app just does its job perfectly!

Account creation is a bit weird. Turns out the field for entering your name is offset. Put a few spaces before your name, and it should let you create an account.
