Good app
This app started a few months ago I love it every month u make money for free and goes in your bank account, finally money and legit app, these games I play are scams and u can cash out but u get nothing, ur waiting behind people or you gotta wait 7-15 days or whatch videos all scams, if they are legit they will pay u within a few days or surveys I do are there within minutes. OKTY is a scam
the app initially had interesting offers and paid out on time. this is no longer the case. i didn’t receive owed payouts for over six months. i have emailed the provided help contact multiple times with no response. extremely disappointing.
Almost $100 in payout and never received
It’s a cool concept and the app is easy to navigate through but I’ve gotten almost $100 in payout that said it was successfully sent to me and I’ve never received any of it. I tried contacting them in every way possible and no response.
Misleading App Developers
They haven’t paid out in months, and I have around $40 that should’ve been payed out.
App needs to provide updates, at this point- emails are few and far between, especially given that they promised weekly updates.
I don’t think anyone needs to sign up for the app until they can resolve their problems- as it’s extremely misleading.
Their support is also non responsive.

Stopped Paying Cashouts Oct. 2022
Originally would have given this 5 stars. But as of October 2022, they stopped paying all cash outs. You can still ‘earn’ but $ no longer gets deposited to bank account. They sent emails stating they are having “payment issues” and claiming they will honor all cash outs. It’s been SIX MONTHS.
Can’t cash out
Gives you the option to update and when you attempt to do so it doesn’t have an update in the App Store! Can’t cash out and when you try it just gives you an error message!

Customer service is terrible and I don’t get payouts.
Not so great app for passive income. I’ve waited for months for a payout and haven’t received any. Any questions asked bounce back with a stock answer not answering any questions nor do they pay out but they definitely profit off of your data. For months I kept having issues with trading in data and got the same error over and over. Don’t recommend until they fix the problem.

Horrible customer service!!
Ive emailed them several times trying to change my number so i can cash out and ive been trying for like 2 months, no answer!! Cant cash out till i update my number either. What a rip off. Cant delete acct either cuz they wont answrr email.

The app keeps asking me to update and I try to update nothing happens and where is my money I haven’t been paid in four months

I cashed out back in November. No deposit. Still using app and do not see tue withdraw put back in. Sent several emails no response.

Updated 1/2023 Maybe slow but customer services is helpful. Actually pays.
Updated 1/20/23. Cool concept. Submitted first payment and finally received it, even the late one. Customer service responded with a reply and true to their word, updated to 4 stars.
Haven’t been paid since September
OkTy owes me $39.96, they said payments resumed but haven’t seen anything in my bank account. Hope they resolve this soon or they lose a user.

I’ve been using this app for several months (since June 2022 I think?) and I’ve received a payout every month since, except for the last couple. They sent an email out a bit ago saying they were aware of the issue and maybe a month later said the issue had been resolved and payouts would resume, but I have not received anything. I’m thinking in a month or two everything will be fine again, but until then I’m rating this app 2 stars. I loved this app and I’m hoping payouts start working again :(

Starting to Believe it’s a Scam
Cashed out twice and have received nothing in my bank account. Sent several emails and received one long delayed email about payments being delayed, so I was patient, but now, we are beyond the updated deadline for my payment and still nothing.
Usually pretty cool, but I haven’t gotten my last two payouts
It’s a great app for a a small bit of passive income. The only complaint I have, is that I haven’t received my last two payouts at all. If they show up, I’ll easily rate it 5 stars.
