Never add money to this app
Never never add money to this ola money. They will not ask kyc to add money to your account but will not let you withdraw or transfer anybody without kyc. To complete kyc you have to use their ride as the driver can validate only. On top of that they stopped doing mobile , dth recharge or bill payment. This is another chit fund scam kind of stuff. My amount is stuck in the app and cannot transfer back to my bank acc also.

Struggling to login
Last 6 months app is not allowing to login. It is rejecting password and forgot password option. Is giving an error. Don't know how to login. Very bad planned app in programming. Never seen an app which doesn't give an option for "forgot password ". How can developer do this?

First of all there is no support option,
Second I updated my KYC info and was able to send money and now again I am unable to send money, worst part is there is no more option to update KYC info anymore.
