Worst service and fraud
I have been mentally harassed by Ola Money service. I have already raised a concern that there is no record or something or any ride I have taken to pay extra Ola Money. I have sent mail also, but couldn’t find any response from Ola. Till now I am getting calls from Ola and they’re threatening me to pay the amount which i haven’t used or no record found.
I won’t recommend anyone to use this kind of service from Ola. It’s worst than what you think.

Absolutely useless
I don’t get it, what is the point of this app they have made it a reason only they would know the app has no functionality that the OlaCabs app doesn’t have already. also, I have heard from mum some other people that your money has been stuck with Paula if a payment feelings or doesn’t go through. I have a very similar problem to my amount is small, I guess they’re really counting on the fact that because the amount of small I will not make a big deal out of it

Harassment calls from ola money
I’ve been using ola money since a very long time with timely due payments.
This time it so happened that the amount has been debit from my account but it is still showing my due is pending.
I raised a complaint to my bank and they confirmed that the amount is debited and it’s credited to ola money.
I have shared them my bank statement and my bank’s email too.
But since 20 days they have been harassing me with late night calls and whatsapp messages.

Blank screen App
You have money stuck with OLA and you try to get it back . They say you need to activate your wallet. You download OLA money and provide location access( for what joy I have no idea) and you try to activate the wallet. Click on the link and it goes to a blank screen. Force exit the app and open again, same nonsense, again and and again for the next 5 times. Highlight is that you get a blank screen for whatever link you click on the app. I have decided to take these guys to the court over this nonsense. Making me run around in circles to get my money back.
Topping up on this - I have decided to move this issue with the Ombudsman and get a refund of my money.

Terrible app avoid if you can
terrible service: bad quality app- balance stuck in wallet and wallet stuck in undending kyc loop - customer services harassing me when I’m abroad for inr 250 pending amount they called me while I was abroad and answering their calls cost me more than the pending 250 amount. Ola cabs is still good but they obviously don’t have the right people to manage their money app it’s a shame but hardly surprising I guess.

One day I try book a ride but the ride was not confirmed,it take long time so I cancel the ride searching but after I got a message from ola money “you have charged 153rupees”
At that I informed ola money customer care they said to send a mail then i send the mail but no replay from ola money and now they are asking to pay that money They are cheating people (I have all the proof) I’m not referring ola money be careful

Ola has a good way of stealing money
I tried ordering on myntra using ola and soon canceled the transaction without placing it completely okay without doing it completely,and BooM my money from ola wallet was gone no updates on wallet ,i contact their customer services and no replies the only email i get from ola money is saying that i used 1499₹ on myntra when there is no order coming to my home 🥲.again wrote an email about the same that i have not got a order on myntra hence my money is long gone won’t recommend .

My money has been stuck for 10 days
I withdrew money from my wallet and it has been stuck for more than 10 days now, I assumed it was an issue with my bank and tried another bank account, it worked for a small amount and got stuck on the bigger amount, I have been mailing you constantly since the customer support number is not working. I have close to 9000rs stuck in transactions for the past 10 days. You charge for withdrawals and then provide such poor service. I am switching to Uber once this is resolved, he’ll, I’d rather walk than do business with someone who treats a customer who has been with them for over 7 years like this.

Most hated product by the cab drivers
Ola money is by far the most hated mode of payment by the cab drivers who seem to demand only cash and simply deny rides that are not cash. I seriously do not understand why is old promoting this useless service that is apparently not beneficial for their own drivers and because of which does no good to the customers.

User unauthorised
Most of the drivers insist to pay for the ride in cash saying that “Ola doesn’t pay us on time”. This is a big issue if we are not carrying enough cash.
Another issue regarding payment based on the above issue is, even though we select the option “pay in cash after the ride” and paid the driver cash, money is being deducted from the wallet. When I tried to withdraw and transfer the money from wallet to bank account, I’m getting “User unauthorised “ eventhough my KYC was completed already.
I face these issues regularly. Please address the same.

Never add money to this app
Never never add money to this ola money. They will not ask kyc to add money to your account but will not let you withdraw or transfer anybody without kyc. To complete kyc you have to use their ride as the driver can validate only. On top of that they stopped doing mobile , dth recharge or bill payment. This is another chit fund scam kind of stuff. My amount is stuck in the app and cannot transfer back to my bank acc also.

Doesn’t proceed for kyc verification
I have been trying to verify my documents via app but the app is crashing and even if i try via olacabs app , it doesn’t proceed after the complete kyc page . Money has been stuck in the wallet and not being able to use the wallet was jusy because there was no cab facility where i was staying for past years . If a person want to do things right the app isn’t letting us. Olacab app also doesn’t have customer call no. Tab . Bad service by the app , driving experience was good though.

Drivers keep cancelling rides for Ola Money bookings.
Ola drivers are the poorest people. They force customers to pay in cash or they will cancel the ride. Their reason is they don’t have money to fill in gas as they will get Ola Money after a week. How can your drivers not have enough funds in advance for even 1 week gas? Do you not train them about this or provide them some kind of advance payment? What is the use of Ola Money if your drivers don’t accept it?

Struggling to login
Last 6 months app is not allowing to login. It is rejecting password and forgot password option. Is giving an error. Don't know how to login. Very bad planned app in programming. Never seen an app which doesn't give an option for "forgot password ". How can developer do this?
Update KYC
I had updated my kyc with one of the employees of ola money 2 months back who came and physically collected and updated everything in your database and still till today I keep getting messages to update my KYC details. Where did those details go.
Also whenever I try to go to the app and update the KYC it keeps telling this app version doesn’t support and there is not new app version in store. Now tell what one should do stop using ola and move to Uber permanently. I think that will be a better option.

App Crashing Issue in iOS
Ola money/KYC problem... no verification
It's been more than 15 days since I have made the request and no one ever called or I haven't received any text for the delay as well. I have requested for KYC on my doorstep with my Gurgaon address mentioned.
I booked OLA twice to get my document verified done from the OLA driver but my ola app did not generate the 6 digit OTP for KYC to share with driver both the times.
On the suggestion of your customer care representative
I decided to get the doorstep document verification done,
Now no one has ever called or texted me for it when it's been more than 15 days after putting in the request when the KYC doorstep document verification timeline mentioned in app is 7 working days!
How do I get this problem sorted?
I have added 1800 rupees OLA money in my wallet so that I can use it further with Ola money but since I can not do that till the time my document verification happens. My 1800 rupees are stuck in Ola money wallet!

Ola Money Issue
I booked the ride and added Ola Money as the payment method. When driver arrived he asked me to cancel the ride as I have paid using Ola Money. Instead he insisted me for cash payment of the full fare. The driver has received the cancellation charge also. This is not a good thing for Ola. As, I had no other way for transportation, I agreed for the cash payment as well the cancellation cost.
Please Ola. Don’t do that with anyone else.

Acknowledgement of paid amount
On 15th March I paid 999thru my SBI Debit card n to date gave no confirmation of receipt in the app. I paid Ts. 399/- for a ride after having money in your account and regret doing the transfer. What if I did not have cash on hand? It is not only embarrassing but I feel cheated in the wake of no response.
The payment was confirmed by my bankers so why are you silent. Do you wish to have the money? I can write it off to your company. Confirm

Worst possible cab service.
Recently I entered a destination and was shown a fare. While on the journey they suddenly changed the fare to double the amount and deducted the amount from my Ola money. I wrote thrice asking for refund but did not get a single response. Uber is far ahead in customer service than Ola and I have decided to delete this app and never use their service again.
