Worst service and fraud
I have been mentally harassed by Ola Money service. I have already raised a concern that there is no record or something or any ride I have taken to pay extra Ola Money. I have sent mail also, but couldn’t find any response from Ola. Till now I am getting calls from Ola and they’re threatening me to pay the amount which i haven’t used or no record found.
I won’t recommend anyone to use this kind of service from Ola. It’s worst than what you think.

Absolutely useless
I don’t get it, what is the point of this app they have made it a reason only they would know the app has no functionality that the OlaCabs app doesn’t have already. also, I have heard from mum some other people that your money has been stuck with Paula if a payment feelings or doesn’t go through. I have a very similar problem to my amount is small, I guess they’re really counting on the fact that because the amount of small I will not make a big deal out of it

Harassment calls from ola money
I’ve been using ola money since a very long time with timely due payments.
This time it so happened that the amount has been debit from my account but it is still showing my due is pending.
I raised a complaint to my bank and they confirmed that the amount is debited and it’s credited to ola money.
I have shared them my bank statement and my bank’s email too.
But since 20 days they have been harassing me with late night calls and whatsapp messages.

Blank screen App
You have money stuck with OLA and you try to get it back . They say you need to activate your wallet. You download OLA money and provide location access( for what joy I have no idea) and you try to activate the wallet. Click on the link and it goes to a blank screen. Force exit the app and open again, same nonsense, again and and again for the next 5 times. Highlight is that you get a blank screen for whatever link you click on the app. I have decided to take these guys to the court over this nonsense. Making me run around in circles to get my money back.
Topping up on this - I have decided to move this issue with the Ombudsman and get a refund of my money.

Terrible app avoid if you can
terrible service: bad quality app- balance stuck in wallet and wallet stuck in undending kyc loop - customer services harassing me when I’m abroad for inr 250 pending amount they called me while I was abroad and answering their calls cost me more than the pending 250 amount. Ola cabs is still good but they obviously don’t have the right people to manage their money app it’s a shame but hardly surprising I guess.
