Not receiving points
I have not been receiving my points for eating in. This has happened twice, the server says we/ she is doing it the correct way but so far I have been jipped on 2 visits. We are bringing up my scanner QR and the service is scanning it and confirming me and says the points should show up in 24 hours and they don’t. I go there weekly so it’s disappointing.
