Doesn’t work well. Doesn’t show your location. 2 finger drag and zoom doesn’t work well. Just used a paper map.
Not up to date
Last weekend, I tried to use the app for the Boston Hop on Hop off not realizing that it did not match the current version the system was using on their paper map. This caused me to miss my stop and put me behind schedule as I had to walk back 30 minutes in the opposite direction to make my scheduled activities for the day. Very disappointed. Won’t trust using the app in the future.

Just bad
The finger zoom doesn’t work and it doesn’t show me where I am on the map. Some numbered locations are not where they actually stop. Very very frustrating.
Can’t track trolleys
Downloaded this app to see when the next trolley would be by. Doesn’t track trolley or tell how long until the next trolley. It’s a map with stops and attractions.

The SD OTT stops are wrong. Just use the pamphlet they give for free on the tour or the digital map on the website at trolleytours.com because they update that—unlike the app. Westfield Horton plaza is not a stop—when did WHP plaza close? 2 years ago? 3? 5?
No indication of where San Diego trolley is
Downloaded it in hopes it would show where the trolley is - not that hard if Lyft and uber have done it for years. No sign and we’ve been sitting at the stop for 20 minutes

Says it lets you see the trolley times. It does not. Complete waste of space. Get a paper map.
Useless
They changed the Savannah routes but didn’t update the app. We lost an hour waiting for a trolley that wasn’t coming. Took multiple phone calls to resolve.

For Savanah this app is completely worthless. Per the Trolley company, the route shown is out of date and shows stops that dont exist.

They don’t bother to update this app, don’t trust it
The best part of technology is you can update it on the fly. Tell me how it is possible that in Savannah Georgia, this company had time to redesign, print, and distribute new paper maps all over the city but then I didn’t bother to update their app. Because of that, we sat on the corner for over half an hour waiting for a stop that doesn’t even exist now. Very disappointing! When I called, he apologized but that was all. Who knows when they will get around to fixing it. Do not trust his map.

Buggy and outdated
In Savannah and the map does not match the new route. Also buggy on iPhone 12. Scroll and zoom not working.

Good app. Why is there zero mention an app exists on their website or marketing materials? This is what happens when a technologically illiterate company jobs out work and fails to integrate what they paid for.

Planned my trip
All I had to do was favorite the places I wanted to visit and I ended up creating an itinerary for my me and my girlfriends!! This app is so helpful!

This town is tough to get around and I found all my favorite spots so easily! Every business connects to my maps for walking directions! Highly recommend 👌🏼
