No value if you can’t buy tickets or see your E- tickets
I would expect to be able to see my tickets in the app and or be able to buy tickets in the app. The app really doesn’t have any value for me.
Fairly useless app
Maybe they built the app at the same time as the estate. It’s a fairly useless informational app. You can’t actually DO anything like make reservations or manage your pass holder account etc.

Worst app ever
I don’t believe I have ever experienced an app as terrible as this one. I am a season pass holder and have been one for years. Trying to get tickets on here is the most impossible thing I have ever tried to do, and heaven forbid you try looking for events.

The app is difficult to use and not very user friendly even for those who use pc’s on a daily basis.

This website is so hard to navigate. I want to find want the evening summer programs are but can never find it. Is difficult to find the members site.
