Can’t access my membership on app. Have to carry around a card. Quaint but not realistic
No value if you can’t buy tickets or see your E- tickets
I would expect to be able to see my tickets in the app and or be able to buy tickets in the app. The app really doesn’t have any value for me.
Fairly useless app
Maybe they built the app at the same time as the estate. It’s a fairly useless informational app. You can’t actually DO anything like make reservations or manage your pass holder account etc.

Worst app ever
I don’t believe I have ever experienced an app as terrible as this one. I am a season pass holder and have been one for years. Trying to get tickets on here is the most impossible thing I have ever tried to do, and heaven forbid you try looking for events.

Why would you have an app that doesn’t allow an annual pass holder to have their digital ticket linked? I have clicked on every button and find NO WAY to link my pass.
Cannot renew annual pass.

I expected more out of Biltmore than this attempt at an app. They should be ashamed of it considering the high level of class throughout the estate.

Severe Update Needed
To have an app is great, but it needs to be functional. There is no Annual Pass integration. It’s slow, and just in need of so many updates.
Not Helpful
All I wanted to know was what are the house hours today-the app has the hours of every other attraction but not the house- I understand it’s winter and due to the recovery efforts staff is limited, but the app is such as easy and fast way to communicate with visitors I don’t know why they don’t use it better.

This app gives great information and I love the map feature but it should be updated to link my membership. I would like to make reservations with the app. instead of the website or calling in. It would be much easier for those who visit regularly.

Both the app and website are not very user friendly for booking house times. You have to hunt and click on the website to find it.

The Biltmore website is pitiful but the app is pretty much useless.

You should be able to log into your Biltmore account and access your annual pass.
Bike maps?
I’m a new pass holder and I just downloaded this app in hopes of finding maps of bike trails and roads on the estate so I could plan out some routes. So far I haven’t found any. Would you consider adding some? Thanks!
Informative but lacking
I downloaded the app for my stay over the Memorial Day holiday. The app was very informative to include maps, and a daily activity list of all the events, hours of operation for all the places and also included a brief explanation for all the things. It beats carrying around a paper map or having to ask someone for help or directions. The app was perfect in that regard. Where it lacked was the inability to store my key or passes. However, I don’t think that is the intended purpose of the app. So in that respect, the app does exactly what it’s supposed to do in that it provided all the necessary information and maps to make my stay as stress-free as possible. Definitely download if you’re on the grounds for more than a day.
