It would be helpful in the transaction tab to have the new balance as well with each deduction

Deposit issues
The app works great until you want to deposit a check though it. It always says it can’t see an endorsement or that it needs to say for mobile deposit only... but those things are always on the back of my checks. Something is wrong with its ability to deposit checks.
Mobile Bank App
The third-party software they use to mobile deposit checks will continue to reject your mobile deposit. Terrible software.
Greatest service
You people are really on the job. You offer the best and seemingly safest banking I use. I have another bank and they don’t feel as safe to use. I kind of distrust large banking firms, like Chase and Bank of America.
Mobile Use
Old West has created a mobile app that is intuitive and very very handy. It explains in plain terms exactly what and how. I highly recommend it!

I’ve been a member for quite a while now. I’m at the Pendleton branch and can’t say enough about how professional, personal, and helpful they’ve been. Greg is a great guy and does an outstanding job making the smallest member feel as important as the largest. Great job!
Good app but could be better
Start off by saying I love this bank and I’m glad I switched, but.. I’ve been using US Bank for years and just switched over to Old West. Only big concerns I have right away are that the mobile check deposit doesn’t let you know if it’s been accepted immediately like US Bank does and that it doesn’t allow you to use a portion of the check you just deposited immediately. (Like if you were to walk into the bank and deposit it there instead)
What’s the point in having mobile banking if you can’t use your money right away. I don’t like waiting a day or two for processing.
Might just have to continue using US and transferring from there. At least that way I know I can use my money same day from mobile deposit. Because I hate going into the bank and I get off work late and can never make it on time.
Other than that, the app loads 10x faster than US Bank and so far there isn’t an update every other day like US which is great because you can login every time!
Will edit later if I find more obstacles.

iPad login
Made me create account again and except terms all over. Log in but nothing from accounts shows up in tabs. I deleted the app and reinstalled, but does the same thing
Latest update does not work
Huge miss on the March 18, 2019 update. The app is non-working now. Latest update needs a roll-back and fix immediately.
Glitches
I can't even log in now since the new update since it's asking me a security question I never even put.
