Won’t connect properly
Can’t get it to transfer any of the videos to my phone
No sound
Just received my camera, the app doesn’t transfer the videos with sound. However, plugging the camera into my laptop and transferring that way the videos do have sound.
The app also seems to disconnect from my camera sporadically.

Keep your card formatted and all is well
I was frustrated with this app, until I realised I have the same issue with my gopro and their app too. I contacted Olfi and GoPro, and Olfi helped me straight away. The basic rule is keep your card clean by formatting it, so now I do this pretty much every time I go out. I’ve never had any issues since. I use other apps for editing though, hence 4 stars. Stick to what you’re good at, I say! I movie serves me for editing.

App crashes constantly
So disappointed with this app. It worked a few times and since then just crashes every time I go to use the gallery section. So annoying!
Great camera, rubbish app
Got the camera, it is awesome.
Downloaded the app but it either won’t open the page requested, buffer face for ever! Or once I go into something I can’t get out of it without deleting and re-installing the app but the same thing happens again. Delete app, reinstall, delete app, you get the picture.
Bottom line, love the camera. Don’t bother with the app
