Won’t connect properly
Can’t get it to transfer any of the videos to my phone
No sound
Just received my camera, the app doesn’t transfer the videos with sound. However, plugging the camera into my laptop and transferring that way the videos do have sound.
The app also seems to disconnect from my camera sporadically.

Keep your card formatted and all is well
I was frustrated with this app, until I realised I have the same issue with my gopro and their app too. I contacted Olfi and GoPro, and Olfi helped me straight away. The basic rule is keep your card clean by formatting it, so now I do this pretty much every time I go out. I’ve never had any issues since. I use other apps for editing though, hence 4 stars. Stick to what you’re good at, I say! I movie serves me for editing.

App crashes constantly
So disappointed with this app. It worked a few times and since then just crashes every time I go to use the gallery section. So annoying!
Great camera, rubbish app
Got the camera, it is awesome.
Downloaded the app but it either won’t open the page requested, buffer face for ever! Or once I go into something I can’t get out of it without deleting and re-installing the app but the same thing happens again. Delete app, reinstall, delete app, you get the picture.
Bottom line, love the camera. Don’t bother with the app

App crashes on video
Every time I try to view the videos in the app it crashes! So frustrating. Fix coming soon?
Crashes as soon as I open
Very, very annoyed by the quality of this app. I have a project due in a few weeks which requires me to transfer videos from by olfi to my tablet. Because of the app I can’t do this, as the video section on the gallery crashes every time I open it. Extremely disappointed, please fix this.
Some bugs but a lot of potential
This app is a very good idea and could be very helpful in certain situations. One of the down side to it is that there a lot of issues like when you change one of the pro settings, the app shuts down. Overall this app has a long way to go but eventually it will be a great app to to record, view and edit your footage.

App crash
Cant grumble about the camera because its great but the app is truely awful. Crashes before you even get on it on ipad and iphone. Pretty disappointing 👎🏻
doesnt work on my ipad
Unfortunately, although the app looks great on e youtube clip, it crashes instantly on trying to use it with my ipad. Ive written to Olfi, so hopefully they will sort it out soon. The camera seems great so far.....
Pathetic App, Great Camera
Quality and features of the One.Five camera is great. This app however is pretty much useless. It's very limited, you can change a few settings but not all from within app, so why bother? The connection over wifi to the app is very poor, it's ok for viewing what the camera currently is seeing, but for viewing videos already created it lags very badly. Don't even bother to try to download a video to you device btw, it is so slow either 1 of 2 things will happen. You phone will auto lock and when it does THE TRANSFER WILL STOP AND YOU HAVE TO START AGAIN - there is no resume or background transferring (so don't exit the app either or do anything else whilst it's transferring), or 2 your camera will just turn off -ending the transfer obviously. NEVER managed to successfully transfer a video to my phone, pictures usually ok though.

The new update causes the app to crash on launch when used on the iPad.

Camera Amazing -App not so goo
Firstly the camera is amazing! Really good value and packs a punch!
The app however lets it down. It did work ok (some slight hanging when downloading and unable to adjust settings from within app) however since updating firmware on camera it now seems to crash all the time. Have reinstalled on both iPhone and iPad but just crashes!
Would also be nice to be able to send files straight to my wifi hard drive......
Once again camera is brilliant! Go buy one!!!!! ......just be aware of the app!!

Low end app
Great camera for the money, app pretty tame and of little actual use.

This app helped me out in a pinch, and I am enjoying the usefulness of being able to frame shots and review work without a laptop. However, the lack of editing/mass delete options and the inability to change camera settings via the app are disappointing.
I have to add I typed a very long review and apple said my nickname was taken and deleted the entire review without an opportunity to edit. Out of respect for those who may care more about product reviews than nicknames I tried to remember some key points. 1 star for Apple.
