I tried to download when I first bought it unsuccceszful then one day out of the bleu it worked , not reliable I put it in a basket , a week or so ago we went for a hearing test , we bought a $3000 unit give or take , waiting for the custom mos lung , I decided to give it another try just to see , I can download the olive but not the app , in case you wonder I charged the unit for more than 1/2 day . It is a useless piece of junk .

I too relied on the promotional material thinking that these aids would help my mild hearing loss. But alas they are mostly Bluetooth ear buds. Maybe better software would help tune the buds as hearing aids? My $50 hearing aids do much better.
App instructions out of date
No trouble shooting assistance and the setup instructions are not applicable with the latest product being release. Pairing to iPhone is a breeze but to the iPad it’s a huge fail. Also the earphones can only pair to one device. Very frustrating

What a Disappointment
After an extended wait anticipating a product that would deliver what the hype promised, disappointed is the best I can say without straying into darker language and accusations. The two stars is overly generous. The app used is terrible. The interface is elementary at best. Not just disappointed but VERY DISAPPOINTED.
