Terrible Company, Worse App

DO NOT BUY THESE. GET EARPODS. ITS THE BETTER CONNECTIVITY AND APPS. These “hearing aids” (which they promised as for severe hearing loss without checking local regulations and then went back on *AFTER* customers had already bought) is very much like they’re app, which constantly breaks before you can use it at all. This is possibly the worst app I’ve ever used and one of the worst bits of tech I’ve ever owned.

Earbuds are connected to my phone via Bluetooth. Every time I sign in I get a Bluetooth error. Cannot use this product. Totally useless.
