Bluetooth

Doesn’t study connected to my phone

Worked Great, Now It Doesn’t

The app was working great. I was able to set up my hearing aids easily. Basic equalizer and volume controls were adequate for OTC hearing aids. However, I had to reconnect the Bluetooth connection and ever since then the app itself cannot connect to my hearing aids. It may have to do with upgrades to iOS. The developer should update the app to address this problem. Please address this issue!

App didn’t work

The app would not allow me to log in or create a profile. When I called Sennheiser, they said they have never seen that before and someone would get back to me in “1-2 business days.” Really!?! You can’t get someone to contact me a little sooner than that????

A step up in OTC hearing aids!

I love my new Sennheiser ADC hearing aids! The phone compatibility, audio streaming, and battery life are far superior to my 2 year old Lexie B2s. Setup was easy; seems to be very accurate. They are very comfortable, too. I took off one star for the over-sized charging case that is not even rechargeable, although the battery life seems to be enough for more than a full day’s use, even with a lot of audio streaming and phone calls, something that rapidly drained my Lexie’s and my AirPod Pros used as hearing aids. I have successfully paired them with two devices as documented, my iPhone 15 Pro Max and my iPad Pro, but have not yet figured out how to reconnect them to my iPhone after using them with my iPad. Hopefully I will figure out that piece of the puzzle. It would be nice to have a button shortcut to pause audio streaming in my ear when someone starts talking to me, like on my AirPods, but I guess I just have to get used to pausing on my phone. I highly recommend people giving these affordable OTC hearing aids a test; they make a world of difference for me!

App now works with iOS18

Finally the app works again! Moved my rating up to 3 stars. The next test will be using the aids again and seeing how well they work.

Response from developer

Rest assured that the All-Day Clear App is compatible with the latest iOS software. It is currently compatible with up to iOS 18.2.
