Fingers crossed for improvement
I had high hopes using it in a cinema. Connecting up was easy and the sound was good. However, there was a tiny delay which meant it sounded like an echo. That was only tolerable for a few seconds. I appreciate this is new technology and I hope to be able to try it again when this issue is ironed out.

Needs work but gets the job done

Theatres have spent a lot of time and effort discouraging members of the audience from using their phones during a performance. Along you come and encourage the opposite.
Having said that my experience was poor. The headphones were useless. I gave up after 5 minutes. I then left at the interval as I could not hear enough.
I go to the theatre about 20 times a year. Never have I had such a poor experience since requiring help with my hearing. I will not be returning to the Playhouse if they use your technology.

C’est vraiment super. Nous sommes allés entendre une pièce d’opéra à la place des arts. À la salle Wilfred Pelletier.

Je sais que les écouteurs, Bluetooth ne sont pas recommandés. et justement ça ne fonctionnait pas ce soir. Mais j’ai désactivé. Lecture automatique lors de l'entrée dans une chaîne.
Et tout est rentré dans l’ordre. merci beaucoup
