Comfortable, solid. Awesome neutral sound profile. Battery life is incredible. I know the next version is coming with replaceable battery, but these are amazing for the price. And seriously, you'll get years out of these anyway. So awesome.

One side does not work

The left earbud has not been working. Have tried to update the software, re-pair bluetooth, reset. Could not be successful. Just last about 4 months

Complicated interface

Smart Control Plus makes me feel like Iโ€™m operating blind. The controls I want are hidden in several layers of options. And so far, the EQ controls are giving me oOr results.
