The settings menu is quite confusing and itโs difficult to find the advanced headphone settings. The main page in the app mostly focuses on turning ANC on and off, while the more detailed settings are not easy to find.
For headphones at this price, I expected the app and settings interface to be much more intuitive and user-friendly. There is definitely room for improvement.

Couple Requests
My main two things I would like this app to allow are 1) Multiple sound personalization settings - like up to 4 (not just one that Iโm trying to make one-size-fits-all for my music, since I donโt like any of the preset EQs), and 2) An easier process for customizing the personalized sound. Going off of sample tracks in the app isnโt as helpful as being told to pick a favorite song of ours, and listening to how different it sounds with each level of adjustment. Sony really did it right with their app (letting you pick between 4 options, then going off of that option to pick one of another 4 or so, then fine-tuning it one more time with the last selection). Would love for these kinds of things in a future update.

Wonโt connect
Routinely will not find or connect to my headphones. I can connect and actually use them, but the Plus app WILL not pair.
This is extremely frustrating as the tap gestures donโt always work properly for the headset I have as well. Everything is up to date and it STILL wonโt connect. :( i just want my headphones to work man.

These hpโs sound really, really good. Iโm a bit of a audiophile and I own about two dozen headphones ranging in prices from $35-$2k. They connect immediately and effortlessly to my iPhone. Iโm very pleased with my purchase.

Good app
I like the features the app provides, it enables you to track your headphones and edit just about anything about them. The only thing it doesnโt have that Iโd like to have is the ability to edit the touch controls on my headphones, Iโm not sure if itโs a situation specific to my headphones, but being able to change what the controls do would be an awesome feature. Also, having more controls over the sound personalization such as bass boost and more fine tuning controls would be very nice.

Iโve had momentum TW 4 now about a month. Love them. Sound quality is outstanding. Bass is crisp and clear not muffled and voice is clean. Only change I would make is better advertising. People need to know how good this product is.

Your Momentum TWs will absolutely refuse to connect and will insistently disconnect five seconds after connecting. Never buying anything from this rubbish scammer brand ever again.

Works well. The only extra feature is like is the ability to control the volume of outside sounds when in transparency mode.
