Great app, I would say maybe add different sound personalisation version and I sometimes like to go back and compare.
Good but needs some upgrades
So Iโve been using the momentum 4 tw for about a week now and one thing Iโve noticed is that the customization options for these is good but not great. Like yeah I get that you can fine tune and create your own sound preference and stuff but the 5 band eq is very hard to use and I donโt really like how it compresses the audio when you raise the frequencies instead of the frequencies just getting louder. Thatโs not how an equalizer should work.

No Complaints
The customized sound worked great for me. Iโd give it 5 stars if the find headphone feature worked as well as my AirPod 3 Pros do. The ANC on both is equal. Although subjective, the overall sound on Sennheiser is superior.

Really canโt go wrong with Sennheiser. The best with an excellent app. Buy it right the first time or buy it twice.

It would be even more convenient if there were a widget that made it easy to switch between connections.
Great earphone
20/07/2026 - I was using a B&O wired earphone for last 8 years. Nothing wrong with it but just wanted a Bluetooth earphone for convenience. Did some research and watched a few reviews of audio enthusiasts and the immediate choice for my budget range was the Momentum TWS 4. The the other choice was Denon Pearl but that was over my budget. Glad I got the Sennheiser. It is good and good music is like having a concert in my ear. Everything is so clear and nice after some tweaking to the EQ.

Missing Critical Creature Comfort Customization
It works for the basic stuff like updating firmware and adjusting EQ and the like. But itโs missing both control customization for my headphones (the app literally says headband gestures โcannot be customized) and for active noise cancellation-pass through sliders. So you can use the toggle transparency function but only cycle between 100% transparency, which actually AMPLIFIES ambient noise, and some slightly lower value. Rather than what โcustomโ would imply, which would be two custom points between transparency and cancellation. But it just doesnโt exist and makes you look like a moron switching between 100% and 70% transparency. Makes me wonder if anybody even field tests this stuff.

The good: audio quality, active noise cancellation, and connection management between two connected devices is superb.
The not so good: my single greatest gripe is that the minimum volume in iOS is WAY TOO LOUD. It is impossible to play music at a soft enough level to relax or doze off, especially in a quiet environment. And, as lowering all equalizer stops to the minimums achieves the same effect as a flat setting with no volume reduction, Iโve attempted address by stuffing dense foam into the earbuds (which sort of helps but is not ideal). Please, please fix this on the software side!

Insane Battery Life
Quality: Good as any over ear headphones Iโve used (Bose,Sony,Skullcandy)
Noise cancelling: Very good (changing wind reduction in setting seems to make better in most scenarios)
Comfort: Can wear for hours without pressure spots, does slide off sometimes at the gym though
Battery Life: Far and away better than anything else. After first charge and with everyday use I didnโt have to charge for 1.5 weeks.

Good with reservations
Easy set up. A definite learning curve to adjust. There are issues with disconnecting and difficulty reconnecting which I hope the update will fix.
parametric EQ feedback
the parametric EQ for HBD630 needs 3 changes:
1. allow us to toggle off the restrictions on the master gain. advanced users who understand the distortion risks should be able to increase gain above 0, and we should not have automatic gain decrease if one band is too positive. in many cases the max volume of the HBD630 is not loud enough, i understand it depends on how the content was mixed but we need more wiggle room here
2. we should have more than 5 bands
3. the circles for each band are blocking the view of the waveforms
