Have been trying to get my crypto out of Ollivi wallet since last June and it’s the same excuse every time I call customer service. Your ticket is high priority should be working on the next update over and over again. Who do you report these people to?

Professional CS but !!!

Makes you reimport wallet from seed phrase
Have to click eye 24 times to see what you type
After reimport doesn’t let you send your btc

Ended up reimporting in another wallet app to actually use my btc

Takes days to complete a buy transaction. Can’t sell out of one of the coins. Only offers four coins. Can’t change my email address. Can’t close my account. Bugs upon bugs upon bugs.
